- 400 gr. gourd
- 1 PC. onions of medium size
- 1-2 tsp. ground cumin
- 150 gr.solid cheese
- 100 gr. fungi
- 3/4 cups bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. spoon of curry sauce
Method of preparation:The pumpkin is washed, peeled and seeded, and cut into 1 x 1 cm cubes. The onion is finely chopped and fried, and sliced mushrooms are added. The fried pumpkin is mixed with the onion and mushrooms. This mixture is salted to taste, spices and 3/4 of the cheese are added. Then everything is put in a roasting pan and simmered under a lid over low heat until the pumpkin softens. After this, bread crumbs are mixed with grated cheese, and this mixture is sprinkled. For the sauce, heat the milk and dissolve flour in it; when the sauce thickens, add chopped cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and rosemary. Mix the sauce with the pumpkin puree. Prepare the lasagna dough. Knead the flour with an egg and a little water. The dough should be steep, like for dumplings or noodles. Roll the dough into thin layers and cut out to fit the baking dish. Boil the sheets in salted water with a spoonful of vegetable oil. Place special baking paper in the baking dish or carefully grease the bottom and sides with oil. - 6 g. gelatin

Then it is cooled, the resulting syrup is drained and gelatin is soaked in it. When it swells, the syrup is heated, but not boiled.
