However, there are not so many alternative options for this dish. But if you want to eat delicious fish, having spent on cooking it as little as possible, then you will like fish in an omelette. Preparation of this dish is mastered by any, even the beginner mistress - after all the recipe is simple, the ingredients are available, and the way of preparation is multivariate. This can be a fish baked in the oven, cooked in a frying pan or in a double boiler. And the fish will suit a very different, ranging from delicate red and ending with a very democratic pollock. Fish in omelette baked in pots
Let's start with a simple dish, which, as they say,and in the feast, and in the world. That is, it can be prepared for dinner or served on a festive table. Fortunately, this recipe allows you to cook fish in pots. Ingredients:
- 400 grams of fish fillet;
- 8 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;

Raw eggs are mixed with milk and beat the mixture until light foam. Fill this mixture with fish in the pots and send them to the oven. As soon as the egg-and-milk mixture thickens, our fish baked in pots is ready. You can take it out of the oven and serve it to the table.
Fish in a baked omelette on a baking sheet
The recipe, much like the previous one. Only this time we will have fish baked on a baking sheet. Ingredients:
- 500 grams of fish fillets (salmon, salmon, trout, coho salmon);
- 2 incomplete glasses of fresh milk;
- Vegetable oil;
- Fresh dill;
- Salt and black pepper.
Preparation: Cut the red fish fillets (one piece of fish per serving). Mix the salt with black pepper and sprinkle this mixture on the fish. We leave the fish to marinate for ten to fifteen minutes, and in the meantime we prepare the egg filling. Eggs break into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, a little black pepper and whisk them until smooth. Then, whisking, pour in the milk. Very interesting recipe: two in one. It combines the recipe for cooking fish in marinade and baking it under an omelet. And the recipe is convenient because we will not cook the fish in the oven, but directly in the pan. By the way, products can be taken in any quantity. It all depends on how much you want to cook this dish and how much you like the combination of fish and vegetables. Ingredients:
- Fish fillet - 500 grams;
- Carrots - 1-2 pieces;
- Onions - 1-2 heads;
- Tomato sauce or ketchup - 2-3 tablespoons;
- Eggs of chicken - 4-6 pieces
- Fresh milk - about a glass;
- Lemon juice;
- Vegetable oil;
- Black pepper and salt.
Preparation: Carrots and bulbs are cleaned, mine and crushed. Onions finely shred, and carrots rub on a large grater or cut very thin straws. Pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan, let it heat, and then fry the carrot-onion mixture. After two or three minutes, add the tomato sauce and salt to the frying pan and continue to simmer the vegetables for another three to four minutes. In a separate deep brazier, stew the fish. To do this, we put the brazier on the fire, pour a little vegetable oil into it and spread the sliced pieces and sifted lemon juice with fish fillets. Cover the roasting pan with a lid and simmer the fish without turning it over for five to seven minutes. In the meantime, we are preparing the mixture for pouring. Eggs break into a bowl, pour in the same milk and add a little salt. Beat the mixture until light foam. Next, we lay out the vegetable mixture on the fish, and fill the top with the egg-milk mass. Cover the brazier with a lid, reduce heat and stew our fish until the omelet is ready.
Fish in an omelette with cheese
A very interesting recipe for cooking fish in an omelette with cheese. By the way, this recipe is perfect for a children's menu. Ingredients:
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 150 grams of cheese of solid varieties;
- 450-500 grams of fish fillets;
- Boiled carrots.
