- 2-3 pieces of chicken breasts;
- Spice;
- Salt.
Preparation:White chicken meat is considered dietary. However, not everyone can cook it so that the meat turns out juicy. However, chicken breast in foil will definitely turn out like that. So, turn on the oven and leave it to heat up to 200-220 degrees. Carefully remove the white chicken meat from the bones and beat it lightly. By the way, if you do not have a special hammer, you can do this with an ordinary knife with a heavy handle. Now take the foil and unwind a piece to lay out the meat on it. Sprinkle the foil with salt and spices and lay out the chicken pieces on it. Sprinkle the meat with spices and salt. By the way, you can use spices to your taste. The easiest option is to take ground black pepper. After that, wrap the meat in foil so that it is in a practically hermetic package. Only in this case will the chicken turn out juicy. Place the packed fillet on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for twenty to thirty minutes, then remove the chicken from the foil and place it on a plate. Serve with any side dish (to taste).
Chicken fillet with vegetables

- Chicken breasts - 3 pieces;
- Onion - 1 large head;
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- Potatoes - 5 pieces;
- Bell pepper - 1-2 pods;
- Cheese (any hard) - 150 grams
- Fresh tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- Sweet corn - 1 can;
- Vegetable oil - half a glass;
- Butter - 2-3 tablespoons.
- Salt, curry and ground black pepper - at your discretion.
Preparation:Peel and chop the garlic cloves and onion using a grater or a meat grinder (blender). Mix the resulting gruel with vegetable oil and spices and rub the chicken fillet cut into pieces with this mixture. Leave the meat to marinate for at least an hour. During this time, peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into strips and fry them in butter. Remove the potatoes from the frying pan, but do not pour out the oil - we will need it later. Then peel the tomatoes, wash the bell peppers and remove the stalks and membranes with seeds. When the chicken is well soaked in the garlic and onion marinade, fry it in butter. Then place the sliced tomatoes and sweet peppers on top of the meat and sauté a little more. Finally, add the canned corn without marinade, sauté for another minute or two and remove the pan from the heat. Put the potatoes in the pan, stir and sprinkle with cheese shavings. Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for about twenty minutes. That's it! Our chicken with vegetables is ready - you can try it.
Chicken baked with cheese
The recipe is very similar to the well-known French meat. Only instead of traditional veal, we will try to cook chicken fillet. Ingredients:
- Fillet of one chicken;
- 2-3 garlic cloves;
- A glass (or a little more) of mayonnaise;
- 200 grams of any hard cheese;
- Salt and spices - to taste.
Preparation:Wash the chicken, dry it and remove the skinless fillet. Cut the meat into pieces large enough for one serving and then lightly beat them on both sides. Now make a mixture of salt, black pepper and any seasonings to your taste (curry, paprika, Italian or Provencal herbs, basil, etc.). Sprinkle the chicken pieces with this mixture. Pass the garlic through a garlic press or chop it on a grater and rub with mayonnaise. Coat the meat with mayonnaise and leave it to marinate for an hour or two. When the chicken is marinated, turn on the oven and lay the meat in an even layer on a baking sheet, which must be greased with vegetable oil. Turn the cheese into cheese shavings and generously sprinkle the meat with these shavings. Put the baking sheet with the chicken in the oven and bake the meat with cheese for about half an hour. Fillet in sour cream sauce
Chicken meat baked in sour cream sauce acquires a wonderful taste. This recipe will be useful for both lovers of juicy meat and fans of julienne. Ingredients:
- Chicken breast - 500-700 grams;
- Sour cream (not sour cream product!) - 1 cup;
- Garlic - 3 cloves;
- Nutmeg - a quarter teaspoon;
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon;
- Half a lemon;

The recipe is far from new, but the classics, as we know, never get old. That's why potatoes with meat are popular in many families. What if you try to cook chicken with potatoes in the oven? Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - about a kilogram;
- Potatoes - about a kilogram;
- Onions - 3 bulbs;
- Vegetable oil;
- Salt;
- Black ground pepper.
Preparation:Remove the meat from the bones, rinse well, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces. Now salt it and sprinkle with black pepper. Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into strips or circles (as you like). Turn on the oven so that it has time to warm up, and grease the baking tray with vegetable oil. The baking sleeve is very convenientinvention. Firstly, it prevents fat from splashing on the walls of the oven. Secondly, the meat turns out very juicy. So this recipe is quite suitable for thrifty housewives and lovers of juicy and aromatic meat. Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 0.5 kg or a little more;
- Potatoes - 4 large potatoes;
- Olives - a handful;
- Fresh tomatoes - 1-2 pieces;
- Bell pepper - 1 pod;
- Olive oil;
- Lemon juice;
- Fresh greenery;
- Spices (to taste);
- Salt;
- Ground black pepper.
Preparation:Wash the chicken, cut into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the chicken in a bowl, add salt and black pepper and stir. Now cut the tomatoes into cubes and the bell pepper pulp into strips. Also put any spices, pitted olives and chopped fresh herbs in the bowl. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into slices, and then also put them in the bowl. Mix the meat with the vegetables and fill the baking sleeve with this mixture. Tie the edges of the sleeve with a tight knot and make several punctures on top to let the steam out. Turn on the oven and let it heat up to about 200 degrees. Place the sleeve with the chicken and vegetables on a baking sheet and put it in the oven, where we bake for about forty minutes. Carefully remove the baked meat with vegetables from the sleeve and place on a plate. That's it - you can serve it on the table.
Chicken fillet with bacon
A very original recipe! True, for those who watch their figure, this recipe is unlikely to be suitable. Nevertheless, we cannot ignore it. Ingredients:
- Fillet of 2-3 chicken breasts;
- Bacon;
- Grained French mustard;
- Lemon juice;
- Honey.
Preparation:Raw chicken meat should be cut into long strips and lightly beaten. Then turn on the oven and let it heat up to 250 degrees. Roll the chicken fillet into rolls and wrap them with strips of bacon. Mix honey with mustard and lemon juice (all in equal proportions) and rub well. Now coat the rolls with sauce and place them on a baking sheet, which is then put in the oven. As soon as they are browned, our dish is ready!
Chicken fillet with mushrooms and cheese
Another interesting recipe for oven-baked chicken fillet. Ingredients:
- About a kilogram of chicken fillet;
