Preparation: Garlic slices and onions are cleaned and grated on a grater or with the help of a meat grinder (blender). During this time, you need to clean and wash the potatoes, cut it into slices and fry in butter. We remove the potatoes from the frying pan, but we do not pour out the oil - it will still be useful to us. The recipe is very similar to all the famous meat in French. Instead of traditional veal, we will try to cook chicken fillet. Ingredients:

- 200 grams of any hard cheese;
- Salt and spices - to taste.

- Potatoes - 4 large potatoes;

- Fillet of 2-3 chicken breasts;
- Grained French mustard;
- Lemon juice;
