As a result, you should get a kind of sour cream mousse: airy and gentle. Gelatine is dissolved in a water bath or put it in a microwave oven for one minute (the furnace power is 300 W). When gelatin dissolves, gradually pour it into sour cream, stirring constantly. Jelly poured into suitable dishes and cleaned into the refrigerator. We place the dishes with frozen jelly for two or three seconds in boiling water, cover with a plate (bottom up) and turn over on a plate. The form is carefully removed. Pour the jelly with caramel or fruit syrup and decorate pieces of fresh fruit or chocolate chips.
The original recipe for making not only tasty, but also very beautiful sour cream jelly. Ingredients:
- 2 cups of sour cream;
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
- Incomplete glass of sugar;
- 40 g of gelatin;

Preparation: According to the instructions on the package with gelatin fill it with cold boiled water and leave to swell. Usually it takes from ten to forty minutes. However, you will see when it swells: it will become semitransparent and will increase by a factor of three or four. Now we put gelatin on a water bath and dissolve it until it dissolves completely. The main thing is not to allow gelatin to boil! We leave gelatin to cool down. In the meantime, we combine sour cream with granulated sugar and stir to make the sugar completely dissolved: it will dissolve, it will take a little time. After this, add to the sweet sour cream cooled gelatin and again all is well mixed. Divide the mixture into two equal parts, put cocoa powder in one of them and mix the sour cream with cocoa properly. We prepare the portioning utensils for jelly (kremanki, pialy) or we use for this purpose a baking dish with split bumpers. In the second case, we just have to shift the jelly to a plate and cut it into pieces like a cake. So, in the prepared dishes begin to fill the jelly: alternately, two tablespoons of white and chocolate jelly. Pour exactly in the center, the contrasting gland is also poured in the center, directly onto the lower layer. Under the weight of the upper layers, the jelly begins to spread out in shape, forming a characteristic striped pattern, with the strips going in a circle. Now take the toothpick and draw the rays: from the center to the edge, then remove the jelly in the refrigerator. One hour and a half or two, our jelly can be served to the table.
An excellent recipe, which is suitable for children's festive table and will successfully replace the children's favorite ice cream. Ingredients:
