It is almost impossible to find fresh strawberries or raspberries in the autumn-winter period, and what is sold on store shelves tastes little like real fruit. Therefore, we offer a recipe for a product that consists of canned peaches, jelly and delicate dough with light notes of vanilla. Surely you already want to try the dish? Then do not postpone the pleasure, but start cooking! Ingredients: For the dough:

  • 2/3 cups of flour
  • chicken egg - three pieces
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • vegetable oil - a few spoons
  • baking powder - one teaspoon
  • three pinch of vanilla sugar

For the jelly layer:

  • canned peaches - one pot
  • one package of instant gelatin
  • Peach syrup - 300 milliliters
  • half a small lemon (you will need its juice)
  • two teaspoons of sugar

Method of preparation:Start making the cake by mixing the dough for the crust. To do this, beat one egg with regular and vanilla sugar until it becomes airy and smooth. Then add flour in small handfuls, which must first be sifted, do not forget to add baking powder. Now mix the resulting mixture well with a spoon and knead an elastic dough. If it comes out too liquid, add more flour. Then grease the sides and bottom of the pan with vegetable oil (or butter, if you wish) and lay out the dough. Cover it with a piece of foil and put it in the oven. It will take about thirty minutes for the crust to bake evenly on all sides. The oven temperature should not be higher than 180 degrees. Then take out the product and remove the top with a knife, and also remove the crumb from the middle. Be careful, try not to damage the sides of the crust. Now you need to make the jelly. To do this, pour instant gelatin into a small bowl and pour in fruit syrup (we used peach), and grind canned fruit in a blender, leaving a couple of pieces for decoration. Add sugar here, squeeze the lemon juice and mix. Put the bowl with gelatin on low heat and cook until dissolved, then combine the resulting mixture with peach puree and whisk. Pour the finished jelly inside the sponge cake and cover with the previously cut off top. If you still have some peach mass left, grease the cake with it on all sides and decorate with fruit cut into small pieces. Put the product in the refrigerator to harden. Usually, it is enough to pour boiled hot water over the finished powder, mix everything well and pour into molds, then put it in the refrigerator. However, you need to leave one portion at room temperature. When the cake has cooled, cut it into two parts, soak one of them with liquid jelly (use only half). Then grease the same layer with a medium layer of thick condensed milk, sprinkle with nuts and cover with the second part of the product. Then pour the remaining jelly soak and condensed milk onto the dry cake, put pieces of fruit on top. Take the hardened sweet jelly out of the refrigerator and put it on the cake. Put the product in the cold. In six to eight hours it will be completely ready.

To make it, beat the chicken eggs with a special whisk or mixer, then pour in the sugar and stir until the sweet ingredient is completely dissolved. Quench the soda with vinegar and add the flour, which you should first sift through a sieve, and sour cream to the egg mixture. Stir the dough, because it should be a little denser than the one you make for pancakes. Cover the baking pan with parchment, pour the resulting mass into it and put it in the oven for half an hour. When the product is browned and ready, take it out, cool it and cut into large rectangular pieces. Now it's time for the jelly. To make it, pour instant gelatin with water and leave until it swells, which will take ten to fifteen minutes. Place the bowl with this mixture on the fire and keep it there, without bringing it to a boil, until the product dissolves. Beat the sour cream and sugar with a fork or whisk and add the ready gelatin here, mix everything well. As for the fruit jelly that you bought in the store, make it according to the manufacturer's instructions on the package, but add 80 milliliters less water than the instructions say. Wash and dry the form in which you baked the cake, then cover it again with special paper and put a layer of oranges and bananas, previously peeled and cut into slices. Now carefully pour out the fruit jelly and put it in the refrigerator. When it hardens, pour half of the resulting portion of sour cream mixture on top and put it in the cold again. Then put the last two layers, which consist of pieces of cake and the remaining sour cream jelly. The product should be in the refrigerator for at least five hours. When the cake is completely ready, lower the pan into hot water and hold for a few minutes - after that you will be able to easily remove the dessert.
