  • 150 g of butter;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cocoa;
  • 250 g of sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins;
  • 2 eggs.

Warm the milk slightly and soak the cookies,which is then divided into 3 equal parts. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar and pre-softened butter. Divide the resulting mass into 2 parts, add raisins to one of them, and cocoa to the other. Spread polyethylene on the table and put a layer of cookies on it. On top - grated cottage cheese with cocoa. Then another layer of cookies. The next layer is cottage cheese with raisins. The final stage is to also put the third part of the cookies on the cottage cheese.   • 400 g cookies;
  • 200 g of butter;
  • 250 g of marshmallow;
  • 500 ml cream 8%;
  • 350 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 30 g of gelatin;
  • 150 g of powdered sugar;
  • 500 g of apricots (fresh or canned);
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar.

The cookies need to be finely crushed and with the help ofusing a rolling pin or blender, turn into very fine crumbs. Mix in soft butter. Line a baking dish with paper and pour in the finished mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take 3/4 cups of water and soak the gelatin for 35-40 minutes. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender, add powdered sugar, cream and vanilla sugar, and then beat again until fluffy. Cut the apricots into slices, removing the pits first. Divide the marshmallow in half. Bring the gelatin to a boil, add a small amount of water, and then mix with the whipped cottage cheese. Leave for 15 minutes. Place the marshmallow on the dish with the finished mixture, and fill the space between the marshmallows with pieces of apricot. Put the mixture of gelatin and cottage cheese on top. Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of biscuits;
  • 250 g of sour cream;
  • 200 g of butter;
  • 250 g walnuts;

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa;

  • 0.5 kg of square cookies;
  • 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
  • 150 g of sour cream;
  • 3 tablespoons of milk;
  • 1 banana;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

Add sour cream and powdered sugar to the cottage cheese andMix thoroughly until smooth. Add vanilla to the resulting mixture. Warm the milk slightly, then dip each cookie into it. Place baking paper on a plate and place a layer of curd mass on top. Peel the banana, cut it lengthwise and place it on the curd mass. Spread the rest of the mixture on top. Raise each edge of the baking paper to form a triangle or, in other words, a house. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours. To make a chocolate house, you will need:

  • 2 packets of square cookies (36 pieces);
  • coffee or milk (for soaking);
  • butter - 250 g;

  • bitter chocolate tile;
  • spoon of cocoa powder.

Soak half of the cookies (18 pieces) in coffee orin milk. Put some cling film on the table and put the prepared cookies on it: you should get 3 rows of 6 pieces in each. Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of square cookies;
  • 250 ml cream;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 250 g of canned fruit: peaches or pineapples;
  • 30 g of chocolate or coconut chips;
  • 150 g of fruit syrup;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
