Ingredients:
- White cabbage - 0.5 kg
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Green onion with bulb - 6 feathers
- Green bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- Canned tomatoes - 1 can
- Carrots - 3 pcs.
- Celery greens - 1 bunch
- Vegetable broth - 12 cups
- Seasoning for soup
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:Peel, wash and finely chop the onion. Pour vegetable oil (just a little, you can just sprinkle it on) into a thick-bottomed saucepan and add the onion. Fry until transparent. Wash the green pepper, cut off the ends, cut in half, chop finely and add to the saucepan with the onion. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, cut in half and shred one half. Add to the saucepan. Peel, wash and grate or finely chop the carrots. Add to the saucepan with the vegetables. Wash the celery greens, dry slightly, chop and add to the other vegetables. Peel the mushrooms (you can use champignons), wash thoroughly and chop into large pieces. Add them to the saucepan with the soup. Add the chopped canned tomatoes there. If desired, you can add some hot pepper. Simmer all the vegetables until half-cooked. After that, add 12 cups of vegetable broth. You can replace it with the same amount of water with two bouillon cubes dissolved in it. When the soup boils, add salt and spices. You should cook this cabbage soup for weight loss for about an hour and a half, so that all the vegetables are thoroughly boiled and soft.
Recipe for slimming soup with cabbage and rice
Ingredients:
- White cabbage - 300 g
- Brown rice - 20 g
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Red or green bell pepper - 1 pc.

- Fresh tomato - 1 pc.

- Pepper
- Salt - no more than 6 g
- Water - 1 l
Method of preparation:Vegetables are peeled, washed and finely chopped. Then all ingredients (except rice) are put in a saucepan with cold water and brought to a boil, after which they are cooked for a quarter of an hour on low heat, without covering the saucepan with a lid. Then the saucepan with soup is set aside, covered with a lid and left to brew for about an hour. Rice is cooked separately (this can be done in advance) and added when the soup has brewed well. Cabbage soup for weight loss, cooked according to this recipe, should be consumed at least five times a day in small portions. In addition to it, you can eat one green apple, or 50 g of black bread, or 40 g of hard cheese during the day. Alcohol, carbonated drinks and sweets are completely excluded. Drinking unsweetened green tea is allowed. You should drink at least 2 liters of water during the day.
