- two tablespoons of sour cream
- one small lemon
Method of preparation:First, peel the celery, wash it well and boil it in water with a little salt. Do the same with the chicken. When both ingredients are ready, cut the vegetable into small cubes and tear the meat into thin fibers with your hands. Peel and seed a fresh apple and grate it. Then mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and add one or two pinches of table salt and sugar to taste.
