Stir and leave to rise for a quarter of an hour, having previously covered the container with a clean cloth. Heat the rest of the milk or cream. Beat the eggs with powdered sugar and mix with milk. Add the risen dough to the mixture, gently stirring until smooth. Pour in the flour, sifted twice (for the fluffiness of the pancakes), in small portions, continuously stirring the dough. Pour in the vegetable oil and cover the container with cling film. If the dough is thick - dilute it with water or milk until it reaches the consistency of liquid sour cream.   • 2-3 gr. salt (shallow)
  • 3 tbsp. l. refined lean oil

Making pancakes:Mix eggs or egg powder with sifted flour. Pour in warm milk and whisk until smooth. Add slaked soda, condensed milk or sugar, fine salt and mix again. Pour in carbonated water and carefully, so that all the gas bubbles do not come out of the dough, mix the dough. Leave for a couple of minutes, covered with cling film, then add vegetable oil and start frying pancakes.
