Has anyone ever seen a woman who is absolutely content?your figure? As the Polish artist and journalist Janina Ipohorska said: "When you finally weigh exactly as much as you would like to weigh, you want to place this weight differently." Perfection remains unattainable... You take a step towards it, and it, giggling nastily and sticking out its tongue, takes two steps back. And this pursuit lasts forever. But, of course, this is no reason to give up - "the road is mastered by the one who walks it." One of the steps on the way to the dream is a diet. It is unlikely that you can find a woman who has not tried this exquisite method of self-torture at least once in her life. Oh, these diets! There are a huge number of them. And each time, "sitting down" to one of them, we firmly believe that this time everything will definitely work out. And really, how can you live without this faith? But, still, before you rush headlong, you need to weigh everything carefully. After all, mindlessly following another newfangled diet can seriously harm your health. As a result, instead of a beautiful and slim figure, you will get a whole "bouquet" of diseases and depression to boot. And this is not at all what you wanted, right? Therefore, you need to choose the least harmful options. For example, a salt-free diet. How does "this" work?
What is the "salt"?
"Greet with bread and salt...", "That's the whole point","Salt of the earth"... Salt used to be worth its weight in gold. So is it worth giving it up and what can it give you? Table salt is a compound of two chemical elements - sodium and chlorine. Remember your school chemistry course? However, even if you don't - it's not that important. The main thing is that both elements are very necessary for a person. Without them, the body simply cannot function normally. But everything needs to be in moderation. So here too - these substances are useful only in certain quantities. For normal functioning, the body needs very little salt. And it already gets this amount from various products - after all, salt is found in bread, meat, and even vegetables. But too much is harmful. Why? The reason is simple - salt has the ability to retain water. Therefore, if too much of it accumulates, edema appears. Excess water can lead to serious problems with blood vessels, kidneys and heart. Initially, the salt-free diet was developed by doctors - it was prescribed to patients with serious cardiovascular diseases. Then it migrated to the world of "weight fighters". What is the appeal of this diet? The answer is very simple - as soon as you give up salt, water begins to actively leave the body. And it weighs a lot. As a result, each "control measurement" is perceived as a small victory over yourself. The effect is almost instant - the kilograms just "melt" before your eyes. And this is exactly what you wanted, right? However, there is a big "fly in the ointment". The peculiarity of the salt-free diet is that it is not the hated fat that is lost, but only water. And in order to get rid of fat reserves, you will need the usual restrictions - no cakes, pastries, bread, sweets... I think there is no point in "announcing the whole list" - everyone already knows the "harmful" products. Moreover, salt-free diets are considered to be quite strict methods of fighting excess weight. And they are not suitable for everyone. And it is not recommended for anyone to use it during the hot period - the body already loses a lot of water, and with it, salt. Before you start "implementing your plan", it is recommended to consult a doctor. What if this method is not suitable for you at all and can even harm you? If the doctor "gave the go-ahead", it remains to choose which diet you will adhere to. There are at least two main types - "classic" and "Japanese".
What would you eat to lose weight?
The "classic" salt-free diet is designed for15 days, which are divided into "blocks" of three days. During each three-day cycle, you can eat one product. Everything else is the classic way. Eat 4-6 times a day, in small portions. Drink a lot (at least two liters a day) of water.
"Japanese" diet
No, this salt-free diet does not apply to Japanese cuisine.has nothing to do with it. It was simply developed by Japanese doctors. If you want to get what you want - "lose" 6-8 kg - you can't give yourself any slack. There is another important point. The same nutritionists who developed it claim that the "experiment" can be repeated no earlier than in 2.5-3 years. Otherwise, health problems may begin. Everything is calculated for 13 days. So, let's begin.
- The first day
By the way, this same menu is exactly the same inthe last - the thirteenth day of the diet. For breakfast you can drink one cup of black coffee - that's all. For lunch, boil cabbage, lightly sprinkling it with vegetable oil. Wash it down with a glass of freshly squeezed tomato juice. For dinner, any boiled fish will do. Although, of course, it is better to choose low-fat varieties.
- Second day
The menu is the same as day twelve. For breakfast, the same black coffee, but you can add a bran rusk to it. For lunch - a vegetable salad and 300 grams of that same fish that you had left over from yesterday's dinner. In the evening - a little (100 g) of boiled beef and a glass of kefir.
- Day three is the same as the eleventh
In the morning - coffee and a cracker.During the day, fry a zucchini in vegetable oil. For dinner - fresh cabbage with olive oil and two hard-boiled eggs. On the eleventh day, a relaxation is allowed - for dinner you can eat an additional 200 g of boiled beef.
- Days four and ten
No rusk in the morning! Only black coffee.Still one cup. For lunch - boiled carrots with olive oil. If you can, you can eat three pieces! With this - a raw egg and 15 grams of hard - naturally unsalted! - cheese. Dinner - fruit. But grapes and bananas are prohibited.
- Days five and nine
And now even coffee is cancelled. For breakfast - raw carrots sprinkled with lemon juice. You can grate them or just cut them. For lunch - boiled fish and tomato juice. For dinner - the same fruits. You didn't eat everything yesterday, did you?
- Days of the sixth and eighth
Coffee is rehabilitated! One cup. During the day - boiled chicken breasts and salad. Your choice - cabbage or carrot. Before bed - 2 eggs and carrots with olive oil.
- Day Seven
In the morning - green tea. At lunch - meat.Lean boiled beef - 200 grams. In the evening - fruit. If, after carefully weighing everything, you come to the conclusion that a salt-free diet is not for you - do not reproach yourself for cowardice. After all, it is quite possible to do without such drastic decisions. Just do not abuse smoked, salty, sweet and fatty foods. Try not to use salt when cooking, and add a little salt to the food already on the plate. Use more spices. And excess weight ... Of course, you need to fight it! But as someone who clearly understands diets said: "The best way to lose weight is to eat as much of what you can not stand as you want." We advise you to read:
