For example, we try to set the table according to all the rules of etiquette and “move” salads from large salad bowls into elegant tartlets. However, salads in tartlets have already become a quite common dish of the festive table. It is understandable - tartlets give any table a kind of Western-restaurant charm. And if it comes to a buffet table, then it is difficult to imagine it today without salads in tartlets. In fact, tartlets are not such an innovation as we think.
