In the case of endive, do it easier - disassemble it into leaves, wash and dry with a paper towel, then simply put it on a plate. Cut the cucumbers into small circles, and the onion into thin feathers. Lay out the salad in layers - Chinese cabbage or endive leaves (depending on what you use), then cucumber, boiled shrimp, sprinkle a little salt, onion and ground pepper on top. The dressing (lemon and olive oil) does not necessarily have to be mixed – just squeeze the juice of a medium lemon onto the salad and pour in the oil.
