Ingredients:
- 400 grams turkey fillets
- 3 kiwis
- 2 handful of frize salad (can mix salad leaves)
- 1 orange

- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil (two for roasting, two for refueling)
- a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- a teaspoon of honey
- hot chili
- clove of garlic
- salt, black pepper and fragrant, bay leaf
Method of preparation:Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into narrow strips. Heat the oil and fry it with the bay leaf, chili pepper and garlic. Remove the spices and fry the meat in the same pan, add salt and pepper. Peel the kiwi and cut it into slices. Peel the orange, separate it into slices and remove the films. Put the washed and dried lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, then the fried turkey fillet, garnish with kiwi and orange slices and pour over the dressing. Dressing recipe: mix orange and lemon juice, honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and whisk lightly. For a piquant taste (optional), you can add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the dressing. - orange
- pear
- a handful of strawberries
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- a tablespoon of lemon juice
- a teaspoon of honey
- cinnamon, mint
