Of course, we understand that it is impossible to embrace the immensity, so we will be quite satisfied with more modest ambitions: we will tell you how to prepare delicious and light salads with chicken and Chinese cabbage. And first, as usual, we will tell you a little about what Chinese cabbage is (in everyday life it is more often called Peking cabbage) and what it is eaten with. It turns out that Peking cabbage can be eaten with anything. Chinese cabbage is one of the lucky few vegetables that can “make friends” with a variety of different products. This is one of the reasons for the huge popularity of this vegetable crop, which, by the way, appeared on our tables not so long ago. Gourmets quickly appreciated the excellent taste of the Chinese guest. Today it is salted, marinated, boiled, baked and, of course, included in all sorts of salads, in which it can play both the main role and act as a pleasant addition. It should be said that salad is the most justified option for using Chinese cabbage. In this way, you can preserve all the vitamins and mineral microelements, of which there are quite a lot in cabbage, in particular, it can boast a high content of vitamin C. An undoubted advantage of the vegetable is its low calorie content, so a salad with cabbage and chicken, for example, and with the addition of a light dressing is an excellent option for a dietary lunch or dinner: tasty, healthy, low-calorie.
Salad with chicken and Chinese cabbage
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- half a kilo of Chinese cabbage
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- sweet bulb
- a few stalks of green onions

Ingredients:

- 3 fresh cucumbers
- 300 grams of cherry tomatoes
- bunch of green onions

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of linseed oil
- a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- a teaspoon of honey
- 30 ml soy sauce
- salt, pepper to taste
Method of preparation:Wash and dry all the vegetables so that the salad is not watery. Cut the cabbage into strips, cucumbers into strips, tomatoes into halves, onions into rings. Put everything in a deep salad bowl and mix. Pour over the dressing. Dressing recipe. Mix the oil, vinegar, honey and soy sauce, add salt and pepper to taste, and lightly beat all the ingredients. - 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- salt, pepper, sugar to taste
