This particular version of the salad is the most common. That is why this recipe was considered traditional. Ingredients:

  • Kilogram of squid;
  • 7 chicken eggs;
  • 1 can of canned pineapple;
  • 1 can of canned corn;
  • Quarter of a lemon;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation:Defrost the squid carcasses, clean them from films, cartilage and entrails, and then boil them by dipping them in boiling water for two to three minutes. Boil the eggs hard, cool them and peel them. Cut the cooled mollusks into strips, cut the eggs in the same way. Drain the syrup from the pineapples and corn, and cut the pineapples into small slices. Salad with ham

Another interesting salad option that combines seafood, ham and sweet pineapple. Ingredients:

  • Canned squid - 2 cans;
  • Canned pineapples - 1 can;
  • Canned corn - 1 can;

  • Hard-boiled eggs - 2-3 pieces;
  • Hard cheese - 100 g;
  • Fresh apples - 1 piece;
  • Mayonnaise and salt.

Preparation:We will cut all the products into thin strips. First, we cut the ham and shellfish and put them in a salad bowl. Now we cut the eggs and cheese and also put them in a salad bowl. Next comes the apple's turn. It needs to be peeled, the hard core removed, and then cut. We also cut the pineapples into similar strips if possible and add them to the other ingredients together with the apple. At the very end, we put the canned corn into the salad, from which we first drain the marinade. We add salt, mayonnaise and mix everything.

Chicken Salad

Seafood goes well not only with cheese or ham, but also with chicken. That's why this salad turns out surprisingly tasty and tender. Ingredients:

  • Squid - 300 g;
  • Chicken breast - half;
  • Bacon - 50 g;
  • Fresh cucumbers - 100 g;
  • Canned pineapples - 100 g;
  • Fresh apple - 1 piece;
  • Lemon juice;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Salt and black pepper;
  • Olive oil.

Preparation:Fry the chicken in olive oil, then cool and cut into thin strips. Defrost the squid, clean it from films, cartilage and entrails, and then boil it in salted water, dipping it in boiling water for two minutes (no more!). Cool the carcasses, cut them into rings and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put the bacon strips on a dry hot frying pan, dry them for two or three minutes, remove from the pan and cool. Now cut the bacon into strips. Also cut the apple, peeled and without a hard core. Wash the cucumbers, peel and cut into thin strips, cut the pineapples into strips. Put all the prepared products in a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, add mayonnaise to taste. Mix the salad and put it in a salad bowl. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Rice salad

Recipes for salad with squid and additional meat ingredients are quite popular. But what if you try to cook it with rice? Ingredients:

  • Squid - 1 carcass;
  • Canned pineapple pieces - 200 g;
  • Fresh cucumber - 2 pieces;
  • Boiled crumbly rice - 1 cup;
  • Green parsley;
  • Salt;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation:Squids are boiled in the traditional way, after defrosting and peeling them. The prepared carcasses are dipped in boiling water for two minutes, then removed, cooled and cut into small pieces. Wash the cucumbers, let them dry and cut into small cubes, and throw the pineapples in a colander. All the prepared products (cooled and washed rice, squids, cucumbers, pineapples) are placed in a salad bowl and chopped greens, salt and mayonnaise are added. New Year's salad

What's so good about this recipe? Well, the ingredients can be taken in any quantity, as they say, "by eye". Ingredients:

  • Squids;

  • Hard cheese;

  • Salt.
