  • Korean carrots - 200 grams;
  • Ham boiled and smoked - 300 grams;
  • Marinated champignons - 1 jar;
  • Dutch cheese - 200 grams;
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Potato chips - 1 small package;
  • Mayonnaise for refueling.

Preparation: For this salad pre-preparation will require only eggs that need to be hard-boiled. Then we cool them, clean and grind them with a small grater. One yolk is left to decorate the salad. Just turn the chips into cheese. Korean carrots can be washed, if it is very sharp, and you can leave it as it is. But in any case, it needs to be cut to shorten. Another modified recipe for the traditional Orchid salad. The composition of the products is significantly different from the original, and salad otherwise. Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast;
  • Half a can of canned pineapple;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • Green onions;
  • Salt;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Potato chips, pomegranate and dill for decoration.

Preparation: First, boil the chicken breast in slightly salted water. Then we cool the meat and cut it into cubes. By the way, there is one small secret. If you cook the chicken beforehand and leave it to cool right in the broth, then the meat for the salad will turn out very juicy. We also need to boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and clean them, and then cut into cubes. Cucumbers are mine and cut into thin slabs, as we cut pineapples. Green onions shin less. Unexpected recipe salad "Orchid". It is so different from the original version that even the name got different. Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken breast;
  • A handful of prunes;
  • 5 fresh large champignons;
  • Head of onions;
  • Leaf salad;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • Half a glass of chopped walnuts;
  • 50 grams of cheese;
  • 3 cherry tomatoes;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation: Onions are cleaned, shredded and fried in vegetable oil until soft. Champignons mine, dried, cut, add to onions and fry all together until the mushrooms are ready. Then toss the frying pan to the colander and let the excess oil drain. Prunes are poured with boiling water, leave for about ten minutes, and then wash and cut the berries. From the chicken breast peel and cut the meat in small pieces. We put all the prepared foods in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Grind the cheese, mine, and dry the salad leaves. Lay the leaves on a dish, from above put the mixture from a bowl and water it with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the salad with nuts and cheese and decorate with boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes, forming flowers from them. Here are such different recipes.
