Preparation:For this salad, the only preliminary preparation required is the eggs, which need to be hard-boiled. Then we cool them, peel them and chop them with a fine grater. We leave one yolk to decorate the salad. We also shave the cheese. You can wash the Korean carrots if they are very spicy, or you can leave them as is. But in any case, you need to cut them to make them shorter. We also cut the ham and marinated champignons into thin strips. Ideally, the carrots, ham and mushrooms should be the same size. Now you can assemble the salad, laying it in layers:

  • carrot;
  • mushrooms;
  • ham;
  • cheese;
  • eggs.

When laying layers, be sure to coat themmayonnaise, and then put the salad in the refrigerator to let it sit. Decorate the salad with chips, forming flower petals from them, and making the middle from chopped yolk. Note: Mushrooms can be replaced with pickled cucumbers, Korean carrots with boiled ones, and add chips directly to the salad, having previously crushed them into crumbs. "Orchid" with chicken

Another modified recipe for the traditional Orchid salad. The ingredients are significantly different from the original, and the salad is assembled differently. Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast;
  • Half a can of canned pineapple;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • Green onions;
  • Salt;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Potato chips, pomegranate and dill for decoration.

Preparation:First, boil the chicken breast in lightly salted water. Then cool the meat and cut it into cubes. By the way, there is one little secret. If you boil the chicken in advance and leave it to cool right in the broth, the meat for the salad will be very juicy. We also need to hard-boil the eggs, cool and peel them, and then cut them into cubes. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into thin strips, cut the pineapples in the same way. Chop the green onions finely. Put all the prepared products in a bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix well. Transfer the salad to a suitable dish and decorate with chips, dill and pomegranate seeds. Wild Orchid salad

An unexpected recipe for the Orchid salad. It is so different from the original version that it even has a different name. Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken breast;
  • A handful of prunes;
  • 5 fresh large champignons;
  • Head of onions;
  • Leaf salad;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • Half a glass of chopped walnuts;
  • 50 grams of cheese;
  • 3 cherry tomatoes;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation:Peel the onion, chop and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Wash the champignons, dry them, cut them, add them to the onion and fry everything together until the mushrooms are ready. Then throw the fried mixture into a colander and let the excess oil drain. Pour boiling water over the prunes, leave for about ten minutes, then rinse and chop the berries. Peel the chicken breast and cut the meat into small pieces. Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Grate the cheese, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Put the leaves on a plate, put the mixture from the bowl on top and pour mayonnaise over it. Sprinkle the salad with nuts and cheese and decorate with boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes, forming flowers from them. These are such different recipes. As you already understood, the main feature of this dish is in the decoration. This salad most likely owes its name to the flowers made of chips. It turns out very beautiful and is perfect for a festive table. And you will be able to appreciate the taste of this dish only after cooking it. So go for it!
