An exceptionally healthy salad. And its original look is also good for a good mood. In any case, everyone will want to try this salad. Ingredients:

  • 1 large fresh beet;
  • 1 raw carrot (large);
  • 200 g of flavored hard cheese;
  • A handful of raisins without pits;
  • Half a glass of chopped walnuts;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 1 pack of mayonnaise.

Preparation:The salad is healthy, first of all, because it contains raw vegetables. And for us, this fact is also convenient: nothing needs to be prepared in advance. True, you will have to do some things. First, wash and peel the root vegetables and chop them with a coarse grater (separately). Then drain the excess juice from the grated beets, otherwise the salad will run and will not be able to hold its shape. Also, turn the cheese into shavings and finely chop the garlic. Now add walnuts to the beets, put raisins in the carrots, and mix the cheese with garlic. The ingredients are ready, all that remains is to lay out the layers. For this, we will need an ordinary deep salad bowl and cling film. Lightly moisten the salad bowl with water and cover it with film (from the bottom to the edges). Now we need to fry the chicken cut into pieces in vegetable oil and cool in a colander or sieve to drain the fat. Then add walnuts to the chicken fillet, combine the carrots grated on a coarse grater with cheese shavings, and mix the beets with garlic and mayonnaise. Layer the salad:
