Many believe that oatmeal does not contain as many vitamins as oatmeal, but this is a big misconception. Oats have been known since ancient times. In ancient book treatises, scientists described the food prepared in those days, and oatmeal occupied far from the last place among the favorite dishes of our ancestors. Oatmeal, like oatmeal itself, is very nutritious. It contains many components: fluorine, iodine, manganese, iron, chromium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, etc. Thanks to regular consumption of oatmeal, bowel function is normalized, since the oatmeal grains themselves act on it like a cleansing scrub. Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. oatmeal;
- 2 tbsp. water;
- 100 gr. fungi;

- 100 gr. walnuts;
