Soup with pork smoked ribs

- 300 g of peas
- Smoked ribs - 500 grams
- Average potatoes - 5 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 2 sprigs
- Pepper fragrant - 5 pieces
- Ground pepper, salt - to taste
Preparation:To prepare such a delicious soup, thoroughly wash the peas, pour warm boiled water over them and leave to soak for eight to twelve hours. Fill the chopped smoked pork ribs with cold water, put them on the fire and bring to a boil. After that, cook them over low heat for forty to fifty minutes. Then remove the ribs from the broth, strain the broth and put it back on the fire. Separate the meat from the ribs and chop it finely. Drain the water from the peas and lower them into the boiling broth from the ribs. Cook the soup over very low heat, stirring occasionally, until the peas are ready. If the broth starts to boil away during cooking, you can add hot water. Peel the celery root and carrots and grate them. Finely chop the peeled onion. Onion is fried in vegetable oil until golden brown, then celery root and carrots are added and everything is fried over low heat. Peeled potatoes are cut into cubes. All prepared vegetables should be put into the broth and peas and boiled. Five to ten minutes after seasoning the broth with vegetables, salt, pepper, allspice and bay leaf are added. Leave on the fire until the potatoes are cooked. Before serving, the soup is sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
Pea soup with mashed potatoes
Probably the simplest recipe for pea soup. Perfect for a children's menu: delicious, tender, aromatic. Ingredients:

Preparation: This soup cooks very quickly.However, before cooking, the peas are poured with cold water and left to soak for eight to ten hours. Then the water is drained from the peas and they are put into two liters of water or meat broth and put to cook until done. Peeled potatoes are cut into cubes. Peeled carrots are grated on a fine grater, onions are peeled and finely chopped. Vegetables are placed in a saucepan with peas and boiled until done. To make a delicious and tender puree soup from ordinary soup, it is chopped with a blender. After adding salt and pepper, garlic and chopped herbs, the soup is put to cook again, brought to a boil and removed from the heat. Serve with croutons or croutons. Finely chopped smoked meats can be added to this soup. For two liters of water or broth you need two or three medium potatoes, one carrot, one onion, and a glass of peas. Note: If you cook this soup from canned or frozen peas, it will take much less time.
Pea soup with meat

To prevent the peas from boiling to the state of porridge, you can add one or two grams of baking soda to the pot where they are boiled. Twenty minutes after the peas have started to cook, squeeze a clove of garlic into them and add the chicken. Salt everything to taste. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into medium cubes and fry everything in vegetable oil. Add to the pot with the peas. Five to seven minutes after frying, put the potatoes, previously cut into cubes, into the pot. Cook the soup for about twenty minutes. The peas in it should remain whole, but soft, then the soup will be especially tasty.
Soup in German
European cuisine also does not shy away from peas.And in German cuisine they cook very different dishes with it. For example, this is a very tasty, very German soup with a very smoked taste. And it is not difficult to cook it at home. Ingredients:

Preparation:Half a kilogram of smoked knuckle is boiled after boiling for five minutes. The broth is drained, the meat is separated from the bones and the skin is removed. The meat is poured with hot broth and put back on the fire. The peas are boiled. Large, grated carrots and two chopped onions are quickly fried over high heat. The boiled knuckle is taken out of the broth, cut into small pieces. They are placed in a saucepan with broth, peas and fried vegetables are added there.
