Eclairs are delicious small pastries thatare made from choux pastry and then filled with cream. Cottage cheese eclairs
Ingredients:
- 200 gr. flour
- 200 gr. cottage cheese
- 100 gr. butter
- 4 eggs
- 250 gr. powdered sugar
- 200 gr. cream (33%)
- 250 ml. water
- vanilla sugar
- powdered sugar for decoration

Method of preparation:How to make eclairs with cottage cheese? To do this, pour water into a saucepan, then add salt to taste and butter. Bring to a boil over low heat. Then gradually add flour to the water and rub with a wooden spatula until a smooth, homogeneous mass is formed. Cool the resulting mass to a temperature of 40 degrees, and then, stirring constantly, beat in the eggs and knead, thus, a homogeneous dough. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
