Simple Jelly
This is the easiest recipe that even a schoolgirl can make. Want to teach your daughter how to make milk jelly? Then this is what you need! Ingredients:
- half a glass of pasteurized milk
- two small spoons of sugar
- one teaspoon gelatin
- Vanilla sugar - for your taste
- one tablespoon of warm water
Method of preparation:First, soak a spoonful of gelatin in warm, previously boiled water. Meanwhile, put the milk on low heat, pour in vanilla and regular sugar, then the swollen gelatin and hold, stirring constantly. When all the ingredients are well dissolved, and bubbles begin to appear on the surface, it is time to remove the mixture from the stove. Rinse the molds in which you plan to serve the jelly with cold water (necessarily boiled) and pour the finished liquid into them. Put it on the top shelf of the refrigerator until it hardens. We hope this recipe will help your young assistant become a real cook.
Jelly based yolks
This recipe is similar to the previous one; the main thing is thatthe difference is that one of the ingredients is chicken yolks. Thanks to this, this jelly turns out incredibly airy and tender. Ingredients:
- yolks - four pieces
- one sachet of gelatin
- vanillin - optional
- a normal glass of milk (can be replaced with low-fat cream)
- four tablespoons of sugar
Method of preparation: First, boil the milk:When it just starts to rise, immediately remove from the stove. While the product is cooling, use a fork to mix the sugar with vanilla and yolks, then pour in hot milk (or cream, if you took it). Mix the pre-soaked gelatin with the above ingredients until a thick, uniform consistency is achieved. Pour into molds and refrigerate. Before serving, the jelly can be decorated with chocolate shavings or ready-made butter cream, which is sold in all supermarkets.
Jelly Raspberry from milk
This recipe is a real find for coffee lovers and those with a sweet tooth. It is very easy to prepare and incredibly delicious. Ingredients:
- natural coffee - two spoons (tea)
- one and a half cup of boiled non-hot water
- 2/3 cup pasteurized milk
- sugar - four teaspoons
- 10 grams of gelatin
Method of preparation:First, brew the coffee and then strain it well. Then put the pasteurized milk on the fire: when bubbles start to appear, pour in the specified amount of sugar and previously soaked gelatin. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to readiness. Then add the coffee, pour into molds and put in the refrigerator - this is the easiest way. If you want the dessert to look more beautiful and attractive, first freeze the milk jelly, and then pour the cooled invigorating drink on top of it. You will get a beautiful striped dish that can be safely served with whipped sweet cream or shortbread cookies.
Milk — fruit jelly
Here is a recipe for a fruit and milk dessert. We used bananas and oranges, but you can replace them with other favorite products, such as apples or pears. Ingredients:
- 400 milliliters of milk
- 25 grams of instant gelatin
- sugar put to taste
- one large banana
- two medium oranges
Method of preparation:Bring pasteurized milk to a boil, then remove from heat and add sugar (ideally, two tablespoons are enough). Stir well and add pre-soaked gelatin. Beat the resulting mixture with a special whisk, which will prevent lumps from forming. Then cool to room temperature. Now peel the banana and cut it into thin circles, put it on the bottom of the bowls and pour in the jelly, put in the refrigerator. The mixture should harden in about thirty minutes, maximum - one hour. Prepare the next layer of dessert. To do this, peel the orange from the skin and excess skin, chop it in a blender and combine with sugar, cook, remembering to stir, on very low heat. However, do not bring to a boil. Then add the rest of the gelatin (about one large spoon), stir and cool. Now pour the mixture as a second layer on the already cooled jelly and put it in the refrigerator until it hardens. Enjoy! The recipe is so quick to prepare that you can pamper your child by making dessert after work.
Jelly with sweets
We bet you haven't heard of the candy jelly recipe. It's time to fix that! Ingredients:
- one and a half glasses of milk
- 80 grams of any caramel (take without stuffing)
- two tea (without a slide) spoons of gelatin
For decoration:
- mint, fresh or frozen berries
- coconut chips
Method of preparation:Buy candies at your discretion, the main thing is that they do not have a filling. Put the caramels in half of the specified portion of pre-heated milk, put on low heat and stir constantly. Keep the mixture on the stove until the candies melt. Then pour warm water over the gelatin and put it away for ten to fifteen minutes. Then add it to the caramel liquid along with the remaining half of the milk. Stir thoroughly with a spoon and cool. Some housewives immediately pour the jelly into molds. But we suggest that after it hardens, cut the dessert into medium pieces, put it in bowls, sprinkle with shavings, berries and decorate with fresh mint leaves. Call everyone to the table! Enjoy your meal! Now you know the recipe for caramel-milk jelly. Share it with your friends, they will surely want to try this miracle too.
Milk plus raspberry syrup
Even the simplest dessert will sparkle in a new way if you add sweet fruit syrup to it. Ingredients:
- gelatin - a tablespoon
- one small cup of water
- milk - one glass
- 30 grams of raspberry syrup (or another for your taste)
Method of preparation:This recipe does not include sugar, as the dessert is sweetened by the fruit syrup. You can add the missing ingredient if you wish. Just do it carefully, otherwise you risk ruining the dish. So, soak the gelatin in cold (but boiled) water. Leave it for about thirty minutes - check the package for the exact time. Then squeeze it out using a small piece of gauze. Mix 2/3 cup of water, pasteurized milk and fruit syrup, put on low heat. After two minutes, add the gelatin, stirring it well, and bring the mixture to a boil. Then pour the resulting mass into small vases and put it in the refrigerator on the top shelf.
Chocolate — milk dessert
Chocolate is produced in the human bodythe hormone of happiness. That's why in moments of mental turmoil, in moments of life's twists and turns, you want something sweet. This dessert will come to the rescue when you're sad - before you can even blink, the sun will shine on the horizon. Ingredients:
- chicken eggs - eight pieces

- a liter of milk
- 50 grams of cocoa powder

Method of preparation:Grind the egg yolks and powdered sugar well. We used this product because it does not form lumps and does not spoil the taste of the dish. Then pour in the milk and cocoa, put it on the stove and stir regularly with a fork or spoon until the mixture becomes thick and dense. Then add the previously soaked gelatin. When the jelly has cooled enough, add the protein-vanilla mass, whipped with a whisk until white foam. Stir a few more times, pour into a mold and put in the refrigerator.
