Home Hair Lighting: Recipes
The use of chamomile helps to give the hair a beautiful golden hue. So, to prepare the conditioner we will need:
- 2 tbsp. spoons of chamomile (dry);
- 2 cups of water.
Cooking should not be done in a metal pan.dishes (you can use enamel). So, mix the necessary ingredients and insist on low heat for about 10-15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, the resulting broth must be cooled and strained using a colander or sieve so that we get a clean broth without leaves. This type of conditioner is used after washing your hair 2-3 times a week. Chamomile flowers can be combined with other ingredients. For example, add nettle to the broth. For 1 liter of water, take 1 tbsp. chamomile and 1 tbsp. nettle (all plants, naturally, in dry form). Everything is boiled for about 10 minutes. Apply to clean, shampooed hair. Only after applying this mask is it recommended to initially walk with the mask on your head for about 10-15 minutes (hair must be wrapped in a towel) and only then rinse. This way you will get the desired effect much earlier. If you have red hair, the following conditioner option will suit you. Ingredients:
- 150 g of chamomile;
- 0.5 liters of vodka;
- 50 ml of hydrogen peroxide;
- 10 drops of essential oil (orange or lemon);
- capacity with dispenser.
Preparation:This type of conditioner takes a long time to prepare, as it must be infused for quite a long time. So, take and mix chamomile with vodka. Then forget about the composition for 2 weeks. After the time has passed, the infusion must be filtered (for this, as usual, use a colander or sieve) and pour hydrogen peroxide and essential oil into the mixture. Pour the resulting consistency into a pre-prepared container with a spray, after which the preparation of the conditioner is complete. The product is applied to the hair immediately before washing the head for 25-30 minutes, after which the mixture is washed off with shampoo and warm water. It is possible to lighten hair at home with kefir. Women have been using kefir for lightening hair for a long time. In addition, it not only gives hair lighter shades, but also nourishes it, makes it silky, soft and smooth. The use of kefir is possible both as the only component of the mask, and in combination with other ingredients. To use only kefir as a mask, you need to lubricate dry hair (MANDATORY) over the entire surface with this product, wrap it with cling film and a towel. The mask should be kept for about 2-2.5 hours, after which it is washed off with warm water, and only after that the hair is washed with shampoo. As surprising as it may sound, but ordinary baking soda also helps to lighten hair.Usage:Take a glass half filled with water, add 8 tablespoons of soda, stir the resulting solution. Then add about 100 g of shampoo that you usually use when washing your hair. That's it! The lightening composition is ready. You can also use soda as a lightener in the following way. While in the shower and wet your hair, fill your hand with a small amount of shampoo. Next, pour 0.5-1 teaspoon of soda into it. In both the first and second options for using soda as a lightener, wash your hair as usual, lightly massaging the scalp. Honey is actively used to give hair shine, volume and, of course, a light shade. Usage: First, wash your hair with shampoo, then evenly apply a honey mask. It is better to ask someone to do this, since the nutrients should be distributed along the entire length. Then cover your head with cling film and wrap it in a towel on top. It is advisable to leave the mask on overnight, in this case you will get the desired effect much earlier. Afterwards, wash off the mask with warm water and shampoo. Note: before applying honey to your hair, warm it up in the microwave, as it will become more liquid after this procedure. Don't forget about sunlight, as it also helps lighten your hair. In this case, it helps your hair burn out. To use this method, you just need to spend about two hours a day in the sun. For better results, you can apply lemon juice to your hair. The advantages of this method are that you will also get a tan on your skin, which looks spectacular with light hair. Don't forget to protect your skin from burns.
In which cases should not the hair lighten?
- after a perm (about a week);
- if you often visit the pool (chlorine gives the hair a green color);
- if the hair is severely depleted and damaged.
It is important to know that:
- black hair color immediately withdraw will be impossible (even when using professional methods of dyeing and professional paints);
- if the hair is hard, it will also be difficult to lighten or color it (no matter what color);
- if the hair is thin, then the composition for clarification should be used in a smaller amount;
- wet hair absorbs brightening masks and mixtures much more quickly.
That's all! Change and be happy! Good luck!
