Krucheniki is a recipe that will undoubtedly become a favorite dish of the whole family. Krucheniki is a dish of Ukrainian cuisine. Simply put, these are meat rolls stuffed with cheese, mushrooms, cabbage. To make the meat for the rolls more juicy, we recommend marinating it overnight and putting it in the refrigerator.

Kruchiliki from pork

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. pork loin
  • 2 onions
  • 150 gr. cheese (hard varieties)
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • vegetable oil
  • breadcrumbs
  • pepper, salt

Method of preparation:To make pork rolls, rinse the pork, dry it, and then cut it into pieces, like chops. Rub each piece of meat with pepper and salt. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry chopped onion (1 pc.) until golden brown. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Chop the greens, mix, and then put them on top of the chop, followed by the cheese and a little fried onion. Then form rolls from the meat and tie with a thread. Roll each puff roll in breadcrumbs, and then fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce for the rolls. To do this, finely chop the carrots and onions and fry, then add sour cream and salt to taste. Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. chicken fillet
  • 150 gr. hard cheese
  • 100 gr. bacon
  • 50 gr. butter
  • 500 gr. potatoes (small size)
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • vegetable oil
  • pepper, salt

Method of preparation:To make chicken rolls, rinse the fillet, dry it, cut it into thin slices, and then beat it lightly. Season with pepper and salt. Chop the greens and combine with softened butter and sour cream, add finely grated cheese and chopped bacon. Mix thoroughly. Put a little of the prepared filling on each piece of chicken, then form rolls and tie with cooking thread. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut into rings. Make squares of the same size from food foil. Grease each square with vegetable oil, put a little potato on it, and a chicken roll on top. Pinch the foil and place on a baking sheet. Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. flesh of pork
  • 2 onions
  • 200 gr. fresh champignons
  • vegetable oil
  • pepper, salt

Method of preparation:Krucheniki with mushrooms recipe, which begins with the fact that the meat must be washed, dried and cut into thin pieces. Each piece of meat is lightly beaten, then pepper and salt. In a frying pan, with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the chopped onion, and then add finely chopped washed mushrooms. Pepper and salt to taste. Put the cooled filling on the meat and form rolls. Tie each roll with a thread, and then fry in a frying pan until a beautiful golden brown crust. Ingredients:

  • 150 gr. prunes
  • 1 onion
  • 50 ml. 20% cream
  • 100 gr. mayonnaise
  • 40 ml. soy sauce
  • pepper, salt

Method of preparation:Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into thin slices. Then beat it lightly, add pepper and salt. Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce and soak the chopped onion and beaten meat in it. Meanwhile, wash the prunes and then put them on the already marinated meat. Form rolls from the meat and secure them with a thread. Then put the rolls in a baking dish, put the onion left from the marinade on top and the marinade itself and pour over the cream. Put the dish in the oven for half an hour and bake at 180 degrees. The prune rolls are ready!

Kruchiny Volhynian

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. flesh of pork
  • 300 gr. sauerkraut
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • pepper, salt

Method of preparation:Volyn Krucheniki are prepared as follows: rinse the pork, dry it and cut it into thin slices. Grease each piece with pepper and salt. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the chopped onion, then add well-squeezed cabbage, pepper and salt to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes. Put the prepared cooled filling on each piece of meat, form a roll from the meat and secure with a thread. Dip each krucheniki in sour cream, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
