Heat pasteurized milk over low heat, mix with two tablespoons of sunflower oil and pour into the flour; knead thoroughly with your hands until soft and elastic. Then wrap in a towel and let rise (it should take 60 minutes). When the base has increased in size by one and a half to two times, knead again, and then roll out into a thin circle on a floured surface - grease with a mixture of adjika, gourmet low-fat mayonnaise and hot ketchup. Now it's time to prepare the filling: cut the ham and pre-boiled chicken into strips, cut fresh (use large) champignons and a juicy tomato into cubes, and cut the pepper into half rings.   • salt - 2-3 pinches
  • red sweet pepper - one piece
  • hot ketchup
  • one small (you can Crimean) bulb
  • delicacy mayonnaise

To prevent the pizza from turning out too hard, defrost the crust in the microwave, and then spread with a mixture of gourmet mayonnaise and ketchup. Put a layer of chicken on top, then stewed onions with tomatoes, sausage, dried mushrooms and grated Russian cheese. Cut the bell pepper into thin half rings and also put it on the pizza - put it in the oven for 15 minutes. If you don't want to eat the coals, set the temperature to no more than 180 degrees.
