In order for baked chicken thighs to be as tasty and juicy as possible, they should be kept in a marinade. Accordingly, we will marinate them the day before. Ingredients:
- 5 chicken thighs,
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce,
- 1 tablespoon of honey,
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice,
- chili pepper (can be replaced with a hot chili sauce), garlic - to taste,

Method of preparation:Make a marinade from soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, chili pepper, olive oil and garlic. Method of preparation:Salt and pepper the meat and place in a baking dish. Peel the potatoes, cut them, add salt and add to the meat. Fry the chopped onions and carrots in olive oil with spices and bay leaf. Pour sour cream into the frying pan, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook without letting it boil.
