- Juice and peel 1/2 lemon.
- Vegetable oil for frying.
- Sugar powder for sprinkling.
The cottage cheese should be rubbed through a sieve (you canmince), then the donuts will be more airy. Melt the butter, add it to the cottage cheese and mix together with salt and sugar. Beat in the eggs until the mixture is smooth. Add lemon juice and zest, pour in the flour. Since cottage cheese can have different consistencies depending on its moisture and fat content, the amount of flour needed for kneading may differ from that specified in the recipe. The dough for donuts should be elastic and not too steep. From the resulting mass, donuts should be formed. They can be in the form of balls or have the shape of rings. The second method is preferable, as the products are baked better this way. The frying oil should be preheated very well. It should be very hot for making donuts. To determine the temperature of the fat, place a ball of dough or bread in it. If the oil around it boils and the ball immediately changes color, then the deep fryer is ready. - Sweet curd mass - 300 g.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Flour - 5 tbsp.
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
- Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoon.
- Salt - on the tip of a knife.
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
- Powdered sugar - for sprinkling.
Mix the egg and salt with the curd mass, addflour, previously mixed with baking powder, and vanilla. Mix everything until smooth.
