"Classic" chocolate pancake cake
This recipe is a true "classic"genre", so we suggest starting your acquaintance with chocolate-pancake cakes with it. Such a dessert has a rich taste, is delicate and at the same time very nutritious. If the first pancake cake that your family tries is this one, the success of such dishes in your family is guaranteed. Ingredients: For the dough:
- 6 eggs
- half a cup of cream of medium fat content
- 1 cup of flour and milk
- a quarter of a glass of powdered sugar
- half a teaspoon of vanillin
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
For the filling:
- 300 milliliters of cream
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sweet liqueur (for example, Amaretto, Cream de Banana or Cream de Coconut)
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
For the cream:
- 200 milliliters of thick cream
- 250 grams of any bitter chocolate (of course, "clean" - without nuts and the like additives)
- 2 tablespoons of the same sweet liquor that you have chosen for the filling
Method of preparation: Start with the dough:You just need to take all the ingredients you need for it and mix them with a blender until the consistency of very thick cream. After that, you can move on to baking pancakes (we think everyone knows how to make them). But pay attention: the first one should not be a lump, as in the proverb, but relatively thick. The first pancake will be the basis of the whole cake, so to bake it, you need to take ¼ of the entire dough and fry it in a frying pan, and only on one side. Well, all the other pancakes are baked as usual. They need to be made thin and fried on both sides. Continue preparing the filling: you need to whip the cream (the fastest way to do this is with a mixer), gradually adding sugar to it. And after this mixture thickens, you need to add liqueur, cocoa powder, almond extract. And, of course, beat everything again - until airy peaks. After which you can move on to making the cream. To prepare it, bring the cream to a boil (over low heat) and pour it over the chocolate broken into small pieces. Then stir it all until a homogeneous mass is formed, pour in 2 spoons of the chosen liqueur and mix everything thoroughly again. Let's finish the masterpiece by assembling the cake: take a thick base, spread cream on top of it, and then the filling, put the first pancake on it, process it in the same way, then the second, then the third and so on. In this way, the entire dessert is created, which will have about 10-15 layers. The last layer of the cake should be greased with cream with particular generosity. After this, the dessert should be put in the refrigerator for at least an hour, and better for 2-3, because it is served chilled. Even the classic recipe can be diversified, refreshed and successfully complemented. In this case, you can originally and beautifully decorate the cake, for example, with berries and fruits. In the summer, strawberries are perfect for this: just cut them into 2 halves and put them on the top layer of the dessert. In winter, you can decorate the dish with orange or kiwi slices.
Chocolate pancake cake with tender cream
This recipe will be a real find forhousewives who especially appreciate the lightness of their desserts. With cottage cheese cream, even a hearty pancake cake will be tender and almost airy. This dessert does not require alcohol (although in the classic version the liqueur is almost imperceptible), so it can be made for little sweet tooths. And, what is also very convenient, this is a delicious cake that can be made even without an oven. Ingredients: For the dough:
- half a liter of milk
- eggs - 3 pieces
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- flour - 1 glass
- cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
- sugar and salt - to taste
For the cream:
- 100 milliliters of cream (fat content - 30% or more)
- 300 grams of cottage cheese
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- pinch of vanilla
Method of preparation:The pancake batter is made as usual - the recipe does not require any original moves. You just need to combine all the flour and cocoa powder in one bowl, stirring and gradually pouring milk into them. Then you need to add sugar, butter, salt, not forgetting to stir, and bring the batter to a liquid, but homogeneous state, without lumps. And now attention: pancakes need to be baked in a dry frying pan, pre-heated well. The cream is also easy to prepare: first, you need to rub the cottage cheese - the fastest way to do this is with a blender. Then you need to whip the cream, combined with powdered sugar, until stable peaks. And then you need to mix all these ingredients, adding vanilla to them and not forgetting to constantly stir it all. As soon as the mass becomes completely homogeneous, the delicate curd cream can safely be considered ready. The cake is assembled, again, easily - even a small child can handle it. You just need to spread the pancakes with cream, laying them on top of each other and simultaneously covering the edges with sweet filling. After that, the resulting layered dessert needs to be sprinkled with cocoa powder and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. You can decorate the cake with pieces of chocolate, strawberry halves, raspberries, nuts. But it looks pretty nice on its own, and the taste is simply delicious.
Pancake chocolate cake with condensed milk and nuts
This recipe is simply made for loversinteresting flavor combinations. Having prepared a cake according to it, you will be pleasantly surprised by how well the condensed cream harmonizes with some piquancy of hard nuts. By the way, to create this masterpiece you can take peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds or even cashews - there are no restrictions. Just choose your favorite nuts and enjoy them, savoring the dessert with tea. Ingredients:
- flour - 150 grams
- milk - 500 milliliters
- bitter chocolate - 100 grams
- cocoa powder - tablespoon
- egg - 2 pieces
- any nuts - 200 grams
- cognac - 3 tablespoons
- butter - 50 grams
- evaporated milk - 250 milliliters
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:Mix the chocolate broken into pieces with butter and melt them (in a saucepan over low heat or simply in the microwave). Then combine the flour with powdered sugar, cocoa powder, salt, beat in the eggs one by one and gradually pour in the milk, remembering to stir. As soon as a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed, add the mixture of butter and chocolate, as well as cognac. The dough is almost ready - all that remains is to let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour. After 60 minutes, you can start baking the pancakes: do them in a frying pan, only slightly greased with butter. Then chop the nuts (or do this while the dough is in the refrigerator, so as not to waste time). When you are done with baking, move on to assembling the cake: just coat each pancake with condensed milk, sprinkle with nut crumbs and place on the previous one. As soon as you put the last layer of dessert, put it in the refrigerator - an hour and a half will be enough for the dish to soak and harden. After that, it can be served with milk, tea, coffee. Separately, we note that each of the three recipes given can be supplemented at your discretion. For example, nothing stops you from adding cherries to the last cake, decorating it with cream and creating a delicious pancake analogue of the famous Black Forest from Schwarzwald. You can also add defrosted berries or jam, for example, apricot, to the filling of the classic dessert. Experiment, create your own recipe, come up with a chocolate pancake cake, the secret of which all your friends will want to know. We recommend reading:
