    For the following recipe you will need:

  • garlic,

  • Chicken stuffed with oranges is being preparedso! Squeeze the juice from two fruits; mix it with olive oil, honey, turmeric, coriander, crushed garlic; stir. You have a marinade. Wash the carcass, dry it and rub with salt and ground pepper; then put everything in a baking tray, pour the marinade over it and put it in the refrigerator for two hours. Peel the oranges, divide them into slices, then stuff your chicken with them (by the way, the hole can be pinned with a simple wooden toothpick). Place the baking tray with the mass in a preheated oven (180 °) for 1.5 hours, you should get an appetizing golden crust. It is also recommended to pour the chicken with the juice released during frying from time to time.

    Chicken with mushrooms and buckwheat in orange impregnation

    The ingredients here are:

  • a large chicken;
  • ¾ cup of buckwheat;
  • 100 g of mushrooms (can be frozen);
  • one spoonful of dried dill;
  • medium bulb;
  • one spoon of finely grated carrot;
  • salt;
  • one spoon of ground coriander;
  • 1.5 tablespoons of dry adzhika;
  • one spoon of meat seasoning, for example, hops-suneli;
  • orange;
  • half a lemon.
  • For marinade for soaking the carcass (for threeliters of water) you will need two spoons of salt and four - apple cider vinegar, and for impregnation - half a lemon and half an orange, a spoon of sugar and apple cider vinegar, two - olive oil. The whole work can be divided into several stages:

  • Let's soak the carcass!Place the chicken in a saucepan, fill it with water (we have already said how much salt and vinegar you need), put a flat plate on top, and a jar of water on it for weight (it will soak better this way). Place the container in a cool place for 12 hours, thanks to this manipulation the meat will be tender and soft.
  • Filling with buckwheat and mushrooms! Finely chop the onions. Put the cooking buckwheat (water pour on the finger above the contents in a saucepan), add carrots, mushrooms and onions; then reduce the heat a little and at the end of cooking season with salt and pour the dill; make sure that your porridge does not boil. If there is a little water left in the container, do not worry, it's okay, all the liquid will evaporate inside the chicken.
  • Stuffing! Remove the chicken from the pan and drain the marinade; mix salt and spices, grate them with carcasses from the outside and inside (neck with a thread, better color, so it will be easier to find), after it you need to stuff porridge and sew it. Lubricate the baking tray and lay out the resulting mixture, lubricate everything with oil and put it in a stove heated up to 190 degrees.
  • We impregnate! Mix the above ingredients, salt and sugar should dissolve.
  • Let's bake!Grease the chicken every ten minutes (it is better to do this with a silicone brush, which is not afraid of any temperatures): first with the fat that will flow from it, then with the impregnation. When the dish is ready, turn off the heat and leave the carcass there for at least another 10 minutes - this way the meat will be much softer.

  • Ready chicken not cut at once, let it stay a little (at least five minutes), otherwise all the juice from it will flow out, and the meat will become stiff.
  • The dish should be served with orange slices. The juicy pieces of the chicken are even tastier!
  • This recipe is completely suitable for cooking turkey, only to soak it should be longer (24 hours or more).
