Chicken thighs in honey-mustard sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mustard with seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (preferably olive oil)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, curry seasoning
Method of preparation:First, prepare the marinade. To do this, mix honey, mustard, soy sauce, salt, pepper, curry seasoning with vegetable oil and crushed garlic. Place the washed and dried chicken thighs in a suitable container (you can immediately place them in a baking dish) and pour the prepared honey-mustard marinade over them. It is advisable to marinate the meat for at least a couple of hours. In principle, you can prepare it in the evening and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about an hour. From time to time, pour the resulting sauce over the chicken. If you want a crispy crust, you can increase the temperature at the end of cooking or put it under the grill for 5-10 minutes. Serve with boiled crumbly rice, potatoes and a salad of fresh vegetables. Note. You can marinate the meat together with vegetables – bell peppers, fennel, zucchini and tomatoes and bake everything together in the oven. It turns out very beautiful and tasty. Chicken legs in sweet and sour sauce
Ingredients:
- 600 g of chicken legs
- 3 tablespoons honey
- juice of one lemon
- 2 spoons of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- hot chili pepper
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt pepper
Method of preparation:Mix all ingredients and prepare a spicy sweet and sour marinade. Pour the marinade over the prepared chicken legs, mix and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. Goes great with boiled rice.
Chicken fillet in spicy sauce
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 150 milliliters of natural yoghurt (or kefir)
- 1 tablespoon curry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of mustard with seeds
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 cloves of garlic
- hot chili pepper
- salt pepper
- cilantro
Method of preparation:Mix all ingredients thoroughly and prepare the marinade. Wash the breasts, dry them, cut them into pieces and put them in a suitable dish. Pour the marinade over them, mix and leave them in a cool place for a couple of hours. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about half an hour. Stir the meat a couple of times. Before the end of cooking, put the dish under the grill for 5-7 minutes. Garnish the finished fillet with cilantro. Serve with rice and fresh vegetables. The recipes are simple and accessible.
