Casserole with cheese and vegetables
This potato casserole with vegetables is preparedwith salted feta cheese and hard cheese. These products, after time spent in the oven, turn into a fragrant light golden crust. The dish turns out incredibly appetizing and juicy. Ingredients:
- one kilogram of white potatoes
- 500 grams of ripe tomatoes
- pepper - if desired
- hard cheese - 250 grams
- a tablespoon of butter
- egg - one piece
- salt - according to your taste
- five large spoons of milk
- a pair of sprigs of fresh dill and parsley
- 50 grams of brynza
Method of preparation:Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin circles, dice the tomatoes and finely chop the fresh herbs. Grate both types of cheese on a coarse grater. We used butter for greasing, but you can replace it with vegetable oil. So, process the inside of the edges and the bottom of the pan, and then lay out the following layers: potatoes, tomatoes and hard cheese. Pour everything with a mixture of milk and egg, just do not forget to salt it and, if desired, pepper it. Put the dish in the oven for 45 minutes. The appropriate cooking temperature is 220 degrees. Now take the pan out of the oven, mix the grated feta cheese and herbs and sprinkle them on the hot casserole.
Casserole with mushrooms
You can prepare the dish with either fresh or dried mushrooms. In the latter case, simply pour boiling water over them, then they will not be tough. Ingredients:
- green onions - one beam
- 200 grams of champignons
- 20 grams of butter
- 750 grams of potatoes
- salt - to taste
- three small apples
- cream packaging
- 100 grams of cheese
- two yolks
Method of preparation:Cut the onion into thin rings, the champignons into cubes, and the potatoes into slices. Remove the core from the apples and cut them into thin pieces. Melt some butter in a preheated saucepan and fry the mushrooms and green onions with salt and pepper. Grease the pan with the remaining butter and put the potatoes in it first, then the vegetables, then the apples and the potatoes again. Now beat the egg yolks and cream with a whisk, you can add nutmeg if desired. Salt the mixture and pour it over all the above ingredients, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for no more than 40 minutes.
