In order to minimize the risk of unwanted reactions to the introduction of complementary foods, Professor Viktorovich Belmer recommends that parents choose complementary foods with proven hypoallergenic properties. Russian pediatricians follow the recommendations of the National Program for the Optimization of Feeding of Children of the First Year of Life in the Russian Federation, which take into account the characteristics of the children of our country.
