Salad with chicken fillet and fresh cucumber
For one serving of this salad we will need:
- Fresh cucumbers - two hundred grams;
- Chicken fillet - sixty grams;
- Green onions - ten grams;
- Vinegar - ten grams;
- Salad soy sauce - five tablespoons;
- Mustard - five grams;
- Egg chicken - one piece;
- Garlic - one lobule;
- Vegetable oil;
- Bell pepper;
- Sugar;
- Salt;
- Seeds of sesame seeds.
Boil the chicken fillet until done and cool.Then split it into thin strips. Beat the egg thoroughly and fry it like a pancake. Cut the cucumbers into a crescent shape. Chop the onion. For one serving of this salad you will need:
- Chicken breast - five hundred grams;
- Fresh cucumbers - three pieces;
- Fresh tomatoes - three pieces;
- Hard cheese - three hundred grams;
- Mayonnaise - three tablespoons;
- Mustard - one tablespoon;
- Garlic - two cloves;
- Salt;
- Ground black pepper;
- Green parsley.
Boil the chicken breasts until donesalted water. Then let them cool and, after removing the skin, separate the meat from the bones. Cut the fillet into strips about half a centimeter thick. Salad with smoked chicken, fresh cucumber and cheese

- Smoked chicken leg - one piece;
- Fresh cucumber - two pieces;

- Olive oil.
