First, with a cabbage head, we'll take ten (or more) whole leaves, which will become the flaps for our shells. In now, the remaining cabbage we chop finely and finely, and rub it with salt. Boiled eggs, half a cooled boiled carrots, defrosted crab sticks and tomato cut into small pieces, cheese rubbed into shavings, and garlic grind on a grater or garlic.
