Chicken wings in the oven
Minimum effort and products, easy to prepare, and the result is a great dinner. What else do you need? Maybe just the recipe for cooking wings in the oven. Ingredients:
- Chicken wings -1 kg
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil
Preparation:Even frozen chicken wings will do for this dish, but of course they need to be defrosted first. Wash the wings well and remove any remaining feathers and stumps. Place the wings in a large bowl or saucepan, add soy sauce and honey. By the way, it is advisable to use liquid (young) honey and only natural honey. If you don’t have liquid honey, heat up thick honey in a water bath. Mix the wings with honey and soy sauce, trying to coat all the wings well. Leave the wings in the bowl for now and prepare a baking sheet: cover it with foil and grease the top with vegetable oil. Then place the wings on the baking sheet and put it in the oven. Cook over medium heat for about forty minutes. Note: The baking sheet with the wings should be placed in a still cold oven. Then the meat will brown evenly and will not burn.
Wings in Chinese
The dish is moderately spicy and piquant. And the presence of tomato in it makes Chinese wings somewhat similar to chakhokhbili. But this is a completely different dish. Try it! Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 2 kg
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil;
- Salt.
Preparation:Wash the lids, dry them, remove any excess feathers and cut them in two (this makes it easier to fry them). Crush the garlic and season the wings with garlic and salt. Pour vegetable oil into a large frying pan, heat it up and fry the wings until they are just browned. Fry the wings in portions, placing them in the frying pan in parts. Then put all the wings in a frying pan, add soy and tomato sauce and fry everything together again. When the wings are half done, put honey in the frying pan, mix the wings and, stirring constantly, bring the dish to full readiness. Note: If the tomato sauce is salty enough, then you do not need to add salt to the dish. In this recipe, you can use not only liquid honey: it will dissolve well in hot sauces.
Glazed chicken wings

- Wings of chicken - 1 kg
- Soy sauce - at your discretion
- Honey - 5 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil
Preparation:Wash and dry the wings and cut them into three parts (at the joints). We won’t need the very tips of the wings. So put them aside – later add them to chicken soup or treat your cat or dog). Put the chopped wings in a bowl and pour in the soy sauce. Mix and add honey (liquid). Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan, heat it up and put the wings in. Stirring constantly, fry them over medium heat for about ten minutes. As a result, you will see how the honey begins to caramelize, the wings acquire a dark golden color, and the glaze thickens. Put the finished wings on a plate and serve with a light side dish. Note: To prevent the wings from remaining raw inside, you can steam them before frying, covering the frying pan with a lid. When placing the wings in the frying pan, do not leave the honey sauce in the bowl – pour it into the pan as well.
Chicken wings with sesame seeds
Another option for cooking wings in honey-soy sauce. Only this time we will add sesame seeds. Let's see what happens? Ingredients:
- Chicken wings (as much as you want);
- Honey;
- Soy sauce;
- Ketchup;
- Fried sesame seeds;
- Vegetable oil.
Preparation:Wash the chicken wings, dry them and cut them into three parts (at the phalanges). We will not cook the very tips of the wings - we will take the larger pieces. Prepare the soy-honey sauce. For it, take honey, ketchup and soy sauce in equal proportions, and how much exactly depends on the number of wings. Mix all the ingredients and lightly beat them with a fork or whisk. Put a dry frying pan on the fire, pour in vegetable oil and lightly fry the chicken wings. Then pour in the sauce, cover with a lid and leave to simmer over low heat for about half an hour. After that, remove the lid from the frying pan, increase the heat and fry the wings, constantly turning them over. As a result of this frying, the meat will absorb the sauce and brown (this will take us about fifteen minutes). That's it - the wings are ready, you can serve them on the table.
Wings in honey soy sauce with nuts
A very interesting recipe for cooking chicken wings. Sauce with nuts is very tasty! Be sure to try cooking. Ingredients:
- Wings of chicken - 1 kg
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Walnuts;
- Soy sauce - 3 teaspoons
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- Spices to taste
Preparation: First, prepare the frying sauce.Grind walnut kernels in a blender, coffee grinder or regular mortar. Then mix the nuts (about three tablespoons) with soy sauce and honey. Preparation:Wash, dry and cut the wings into three parts. Prepare the marinade: mix three tablespoons of syrup from a can of pineapple, soy sauce, honey and spices to taste. Place the wings in a saucepan, pour the marinade over them and leave for about half an hour. While the wings are marinating, peel and cut the potatoes into circles, cut the onion into half rings, turn on the oven. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet greased with butter, put the onion on top and salt. Place the marinated wings and sliced pineapple on top of the onion. - Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger is fresh - a piece of root 2 centimeters in size

- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Preparation:Wash the wings, dry them and cut them in two. Put them in a saucepan and pour soy sauce mixed with vegetable oil over them. Leave the wings in this marinade for half an hour. Then put the wings on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake in the oven for another half hour. While the wings are baking, prepare the base for the honey glaze: peel and chop the garlic and ginger root, melt the butter and honey in a frying pan. Add soy sauce and tomato paste diluted with warm water to the butter. Remove the wings from the oven and quickly fry them in a frying pan with honey-soy sauce.
