Approximately from the sixth week of pregnancy began a constant nausea, somewhere to all the forces, the world was filled with a lot of unpleasant odors. The road from home to work and back was torture and seemed endless. Especially hard were given trips to the bus. At all thus the headache was not noticed at all. I spent the weekend lying on the couch, getting up mostly to run to the bathroom. To continue so could not anymore, the medications prescribed by the doctor did not help, and I turned to the Internet. I found several ways to combat the signs of toxicosis and decided to try them on myself. Do not rush to get out of bed in the morning. Have breakfast in bed. It is possible only on the weekends, when the husband is near by. Do not leave your stomach empty, always bring something for a snack. There is also complexity. What is between meals? Crackers, bagels and pechenyushki? So you'll recover sooner than you grow up baby. Dried fruits? At first it seemed to me a good idea - useful and sour. It was not there, my body did not take such a snack. Apples? They only kindle appetite. Bananas? I could eat them only for two or three days, then they started to disgust me. In the end, for myself I found one option - cottage cheese with sour cream and jam (or a small amount of sugar) .3. To walk at least half an hour a day. For a working pregnant, the advice is meaningless. On it either there are no forces, or time. Maybe a walk would help, I could not appreciate it. The roads from the metro to the office past the endless eateries were quite enough for me to give up this idea. Eat foods rich in protein. I would still add if you are not sick of them, as it was in my case. I became an involuntary vegetarian. Approximately the same applies to sauerkraut, which doctors highly recommend. Like, sour, rich in vitamins. I was looking for another source of these sensations. True, it seems, I did not find it.
