Not to say that I ate a lot, but I gained 17 kg. From the 8th month I excluded from the diet sweet, flour and nocturnal eating just in a row from the fridge. Fruits and vegetables are also not an option. The same bananas can be recruited more than hamburgers, and even vegetables at night also load the stomach, which leads to improper work of the body and excess kilograms. I finally went with a weight of 65 kg. Immediately after birth, I lost only 6 kg. In the maternity home the first days are very difficult: a strict diet due to breastfeeding. You can not take energy from anywhere, and so all newly mummies begin to lean on tea with condensed milk, with sugar, with milk and cover it with the name "a means for increasing lactation." And tea, of course, sticks with biscuits and drying. Then immediately you have to tell yourself "stop!" For me, the first meal was kefir, broths, fish for a couple and buckwheat. The house moved to a more extensive menu: added boiled meat, turkey, and chicken later. Breastfeeding disciplines the eating habits: after all, everything that you eat is received by the child. After 1.5 weeks after childbirth, she already took 12 kg. And the last 5 kg were the most difficult, they reliably stuck. I could not go in for sports, since I had a cesarean section, and I was not allowed any loads. But I found a way out - my sport was walking: a stroller in hand - and go! After two weeks of this "walk" of 10 km a day, 4 kg left, and with it - cellulite! Now my task is to consolidate and maintain the result. Proper nutrition, breakfast-lunch-dinner at the same time, snacks green apple, no food 3 hours before bedtime and plenty of water. A lot of simple water! My result for 3 weeks: flat stomach and minus 16 kg! The main thing is not to torment yourself with hunger.
