Today we will reveal to you the most correct, classic recipe, which is used specifically in Italy. To make enough spaghetti for 5 servings, you will need:

  • 0.5 kg of minced meat. You can take half the pork and ground beef. So it will be even tastier. Beef will do, too;
  • 200 grams of smoked bacon;
  • 2 onions onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 stalks of celery;
  • 3 cloves garlic;
  • 150 grams of dry red wine;
  • 250 grams of tomatoes. Only pre-clean them from the skin. This can easily be done by watering them with boiling water;
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce or pasta;
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or any other vegetable oil;
  • 75 grams of grated cheese. Somewhere in 15 grams for one serving of spaghetti with minced Bolognese;

Next, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and send them to the frying pan with bacon. Sauté for about five minutes. Chop the remaining vegetables - onions and celery. Add them to the bacon and carrots. Mix everything well and sauté until done. At the end, add the tomatoes, fry the mixture a little more. Add the finished mince to the fried vegetables. Garlic also goes here. As for the minced meat, the spaghetti will be lighter if you do not add pork to the minced meat, but only use beef. Fry the minced meat for about ten minutes, remembering to stir it constantly. After ten minutes, pour 150 grams of red wine into the pan and turn off the heat, tightly covering the pan with a lid. Leave it for another ten minutes under the lid to “come to life” so that the spaghetti with minced meat bolognese turns out tastier. Boil the pasta in a deep saucepan with plenty of water. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the water so that the pasta does not stick together. Also, do not forget to salt the water. Cook the pasta until it is cooked, usually from five to ten minutes, depending on the spaghetti itself. The recipe for spaghetti with minced meat bolognese involves cooking pasta that cooks in ten minutes. Drain the water from the spaghetti and throw it into a colander. Add the sauce to the pasta and mix everything. You can simply put the mince on top of the spaghetti. That's it! Spaghetti with mince bolognese is ready.     Take a fairly large saucepan,necessarily made of stainless steel. This is necessary so that it can be placed in a preheated oven. This recipe for spaghetti sauce differs from the first option in that it requires more tomatoes. In total, take 400 grams of peeled tomatoes. Pour olive oil directly into the pan and heat it up well. Cut the smoked bacon into small cubes. Fry the chopped bacon. Add the minced meat to it. Do not forget to constantly stir the minced meat with the bacon so that it does not burn. Once again, I would like to remind you that spaghetti with minced meat Bolognese should be cooked with a small amount of fat so that they turn out to be quite dietary. Therefore, for frying, we take a little olive oil, and fry the bacon until absolutely all the fat has melted. Finely chop a few cloves of garlic and fry in oil. Saute all the other vegetables as well. Add everything to the minced meat and pour in red wine. To prepare the bolognese sauce, the recipe calls for tomatoes processed into a puree, which we add to the pan with vegetables and minced meat. You can also add a spoonful of tomato paste. Mix the minced meat well. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Send the pan with the bolognese sauce there, without covering it with a lid, for about an hour.
