I can’t say that I ate a lot, but I gained 17 kg. From the 8th month, I excluded sweets, flour products and night-time eating of everything from the refrigerator from my diet. Fruits and vegetables are also not a solution. You can gain more from the same bananas than from hamburgers, and even vegetables at night also burden the stomach, which leads to improper functioning of the body and extra pounds. In the end, I went to give birth weighing 65 kg. Immediately after childbirth, I lost only 6 kg. The first days in the maternity hospital are very difficult: a strict diet due to breastfeeding. There is simply nowhere to get energy from, and therefore all new mothers begin to lean on tea with condensed milk, sugar, milk and cover it up with the name "a means for increasing lactation." And tea, naturally, is washed down with cookies and pretzels. Here you have to immediately tell yourself "stop!" For me, the first food was kefir, broths, steamed fish and buckwheat. At home, I switched to a more expanded menu: I added boiled meat, turkey, and later chicken. Breastfeeding disciplines meals: after all, everything you eat, the baby gets. 1.5 weeks after giving birth, I had already lost 12 kg. And the last 5 kg were the most difficult, they stuck securely. I could not do sports, since I had a cesarean section, and I was not allowed any exercise. But I found a way out - my sport was walking: grab the stroller - and go! After two weeks of such "walking" 10 km a day, 4 kg went away, and with them - cellulite! Now my task is to consolidate and maintain the result. Proper nutrition, breakfast-lunch-dinner at the same time, snacks with a green apple, no food 3 hours before bed and lots of water. Lots of plain water! My result after 3 weeks: a flat stomach and minus 16 kg! The main thing is not to torment yourself with hunger. The child should receive a full diet through milk, and the mother simply needs energy for important things and a good mood. Share your opinion about losing weight after childbirth on page 6!
