Few people can consider themselves fans of kelp, although they are well aware of the many useful properties of this product. Meanwhile, you can try to make a very tasty salad of seaweed with crab sticks. By the way, crab sticks are one of the few ingredients that go well with seaweed, which, after all, has a specific taste. Preparation:So, first you need to boil the eggs, cool them, peel them and cut them into small cubes. Canned seaweed must first be washed to remove excess oil, and then discarded in a colander. Then all that remains is to cut the crab sticks and put all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Now add salt, mayonnaise and mix everything. Our simple and delicious salad is ready! A very beautiful multi-colored salad of seaweed and crab sticks. And the fried carrots included in it give the dish a piquant sweetish taste. Ingredients:
- Bank of canned kelp;
- 2 small carrots;
- 1 head of white onion;
- 1 head of red onion;
- 1 package of crab sticks;
- Vegetable oil;
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation:Throw the kelp into a colander to let the marinade drain, then cut it into small pieces and put it into a bowl. Defrost the crab sticks, cut them into rings and add them to the bowl with the seaweed. Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into narrow thin strips. Peel and chop the white onion. Now put a roasting pan on the stove, pour in a little vegetable oil and fry the carrots in it. The carrots should become soft and browned. Then take the carrots out of the roasting pan and fry the chopped onion in the remaining oil. Throw the vegetables into a colander, cool them and add them to the bowl with the seaweed and crab sticks. Peel the red onion, chop it and crush it with your hands to release the juice. Place the red onion in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, add mayonnaise and mix. If desired, you can add salt and spices to the dressing to your taste.
Salad "Kamchatka"
You can treat yourself to a salad of crab sticks with seaweed and canned corn. By the way, you can also make a delicious cheese dressing for it. Ingredients:
- 300 grams of fresh or canned sea kale;
- 1 can of sweet canned corn;
- 5 pieces of chicken eggs;
- Packing of crab sticks;
- Head of onions.
For filling:
- 1 fused cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream;
- Half a glass of boiling water.
Preparation:If we take fresh seaweed for cooking, then it must first be washed and boiled, and then cut into small pieces. Canned cabbage is simply cut. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, let them cool, and then peel and chop finely. Defrost the crab sticks and then cut them lengthwise into two parts, and then cut them into semicircles. Drain the marinade from the corn and put the grains in a salad bowl. Add finely chopped onion, chopped seaweed, chopped crab sticks and season with sauce. To prepare it, grate the processed cheese on a fine grater, pour boiling water over it and stir until smooth. When the cheese is completely melted, add mayonnaise or sour cream to it. - Mayonnaise;
- Sweet French mustard.
Preparation:All ingredients (except mayonnaise and mustard) for this dish are taken in equal proportions. Cut the spicy Korean carrots into small pieces. Defrost and finely chop the crab sticks and chop the kelp. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl. Now drain the marinade from the canned corn and add the grains to the other ingredients. Season with a sauce made from three parts mayonnaise and one part sweet mustard with seeds (French or Dijon).
Pomegranate salad
Laminaria goes well not only withcrab sticks, but also with sour berries. Therefore, you can make a very tasty and original salad with pomegranate, fresh lingonberries or cranberries. Ingredients:
- Marinated kelp - 1 jar;

- Garnet.
Preparation:Grind the cheese into small shavings using a grater. Peel the pomegranate, take out the seeds and put them in a bowl. Defrost and cut the crab sticks into cubes, and simply take the kelp out of the can. Add a little mayonnaise and mix all the ingredients. Sprinkle our pomegranate salad with cheese shavings on top.
