At this moment, girlfriends or friends gather to chat peacefully over a simple, quick and tasty dish. A great option for such an occasion is a salad of pickled cucumbers. Salad of pickled cucumbers and potatoes
Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes
- 3 large marinated cucumbers
- 150 grams of mayonnaise
- 1 onion bulb
- 1 tablespoon dill
- freshly ground black pepper to taste

Ingredients:
- 400 grams of beef

- 1 pinch of salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:Wash lean beef and put it in a saucepan with cold water. Bring to a boil, remove foam and leave to cook until done. Then let it cool and cut into thin strips. Now break the eggs into a bowl, salt them and shake well. Pour the resulting mixture into a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and fry over low heat. At the same time, cut the onion into rings and fry it in a frying pan until golden brown. Let the omelette cool and chop into strips. Now cut the pickled cucumbers into thin circles. Viennese salad with pickled cucumbers
This salad is directly related to Austriancuisine. What do the last two words bring to mind? Probably Sacher torte, Viennese schnitzel or apple strudel. But fortunately, this cuisine is much more diverse than it might seem. It is famous for its excellent appetizers with various cheeses and smoked meats. Ingredients:
- 250 grams of smoked chicken breast
- 250 grams of pickled cucumber
- 500 grams of champignons
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 150 grams of hard hot cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- black pepper, salt to taste
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Method of preparation:Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Wash, clean and chop the mushrooms into slices or cubes. Place them in a hot frying pan and fry until golden brown. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Half a minute before the mushrooms are ready, put the grated cheese on top, add salt, pepper and mix. Cut the pickled cucumbers into circles. Crush the garlic cloves and chop finely with a knife. Now combine all the ingredients, season them with chopped garlic, parsley and mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly. The salad is ready!
Salad of pickled cucumbers and walnuts
Ingredients:
- 600 grams of pickled cucumber
- 400 grams of matzoni or fatty yogurt
- 150 grams of walnuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 60 milliliters of olive oil

Ingredients:
- 350 grams of chicken liver
- 200 grams of hard cheese
- 200 grams of pickled cucumber
- 150 grams of fresh cherry tomatoes
- 5-8 quail eggs

- Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
- 150 grams of sour cream
List of ingredients:Wash the liver well, put it in a pot with cold water and cook for thirty minutes after boiling. Let it cool and cut into small cubes or thin strips. Cut the cucumbers into strips, the cheese into small cubes. Finely chop the greens. Boil the quail eggs, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Put all the prepared ingredients, except for the tomatoes and eggs, in a salad bowl, add pepper and salt, season with sour cream and mix thoroughly. Serve in portions, placing a few quail eggs and chopped tomatoes on the sides of each plate. The salad is ready!
"Snake" salad
Ingredients:
- 2 canned fish (you can take any, at your discretion)
- 2 fatty, melted cheese
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 carrot
- 1 large potato
- 500 grams of pickled cucumber
- 1 onion bulb
- 50 grams of lettuce leaves
- 2 olives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 grams of mayonnaise or sour cream
Method of preparation:Wash and boil the potatoes together with the eggs, let cool and peel. Grate the eggs, processed cheese and potatoes on a coarse grater. Crush the garlic and chop finely or pass it through a garlic press. Mash the canned fish well with a fork or chop finely with a knife. Put everything in a deep bowl, add mayonnaise and mix well. - 1 bunch of green parsley
- 80 milliliters of vinegar
- salt to taste
- 120 milliliters of olive oil
Method of preparation:Wash the veal and put it in a pot with cold water to boil. Then let it cool, cut into thin strips. Wash the shallots, peel and chop into thin rings.
