Cooking time: 30 minutes. For 4 servings you will need the following ingredients:
- 250 g fresh strawberries;
- 2 halves of canned peach;
- 2 cups of fresh or canned pineapple;
- 1 orange;
- a red pod of sweet pepper;
- small heads of green salad.
For the sauce:
- Art. a spoon of vegetable oil;
- Art. a spoonful of sour cream;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of wine vinegar;
- salt;
- 1 pinch of ground coriander seeds;
- 1 tbsp. a spoon of finely chopped green basil.
Preparation:Wash the strawberries, dry them well, and remove the stalks. Depending on their size, cut the berries either in half or into four parts. Remove the peaches and pineapples from the syrup and dry them. Cut the peaches into thin slices, and the pineapples into cubes. Peel the orange and cut off the white layer. Remove the transparent films from the pulp with a small sharp knife. Remove the stalk and core from the pepper. Wash the pod, dry it, and cut it crosswise into thin strips. Remove the outer green leaves from the lettuce, leaving only the light inner parts. Cut the inner parts of the heads into four parts, wash them, and shake off the water well. Place the green lettuce in a salad bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, and place them in a mound in the middle. Using a mixer at high speed, mix the vegetable oil, sour cream, and vinegar until thick, then add salt and coriander. Pour the sauce over the salad, sprinkle with basil and serve immediately. Serve with very thin slices of crispbread or warm white bread and lightly salted butter. Note: First wash and dry the strawberries and only then remove the stems. If you “unscrew” them before washing, the berries will absorb the moisture and lose their aroma. This recommendation also applies to raspberries and blackberries. The salad can be generously sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese or Gouda cheese. Instead of fresh strawberries, you can use defrosted raspberries for the salad.

Ingredients:
- 2 apples;
- 3 slices of fresh pineapple;
- 2 bananas;
- 1 bunch of grapes;
