To prepare a ham roll you will need:
- Sliced ham
- Armenian lavash — 1-2 pcs
- Cream cheese - 1 tbsp
- Lettuce - 1 leaf
- White cabbage
- Carrot
- Tomato - 1 pc
- Chicken breast
- Salt and pepper
Boil the chicken breast, cut off a fewoblong slices, fry a little (it tastes better this way). Finely chop the cabbage or grate it. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Actually, I used spicy Korean carrots instead of raw carrots. More calories, but I like the spicy taste better. Cut off a few small slices of tomato and a couple of slices of ham. Grease the pita bread with cream cheese. Evenly lay out torn lettuce leaves on top. Then cabbage, carrots, tomato slices, ham and finally chicken. Carefully wrap. The combination is amazing.
