And what is interesting is that such rolls are made not only for festive feasts, but also on weekdays. And they are also prepared, for example, for picnics or on the road. And there are probably as many recipes for this dish as there are housewives. By and large, all lavash rolls have the same recipe: lavash, filling and the skillful hands of a cook. And, nevertheless, let's consider some of them in more detail. So, for example, what can be prepared in such a creative way for a festive table, and what - and for a less formal meal.
Roll "Celebratory"
The piquant combination of mushrooms, cheese and parsley will make this roll a truly festive dish, although the set of products for it is quite simple. Ingredients:
- 3 lavash
- packing of fresh mushrooms (400 g)
- bunch of parsley
- 350-400 g of cheese
- creamy little for roasting mushrooms

And finally, the last layer: lavash, mayonnaise, fish. Carefully roll the roll, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator. Serve cut into portions.
