- 300 g of champignons;
- 4-5 tomatoes;
- 1 onion bulb;
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste or sauce;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 1-2 tablespoons of red or white dry wine;
- vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper - to taste;
Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, dry and slice mushrooms. Chop the peeled garlic and washed greens. Preheat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a sauté pan and fry the onion and half the pieces of greens and garlic.
