Place the meat ingredients here and, stirring constantly, cook until the products get a slightly golden hue. Salt and season with pepper at your discretion, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and add crushed garlic. If you are not an avid vegetarian and like meat, you can also use a recipe for the filling: the same amount of pork and beef (ie 50 to 50) fry in olive oil with onions.
