Salad "Gourmet"Salad preparation time - 50 minutes. For 4 servings you will need:

  • a red pod of sweet pepper;
  • 2 small zucchini;
  • 6 kiwi fruit;
  • 2 white onions.

For the sauce:

  • 100 g of sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of wine vinegar;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil;
  • salt;
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper.

Cut off the bottom of the pepper, clean and removecore. Wash the pod, dry it and then cut it into thin rings. Clean the zucchini with a brush under running water, dry it and cut it into thin circles. Peel the onions and cut them into very thin rings. Mix everything. Peel two kiwis as well, then mix them in a blender with sour cream, vinegar and vegetable oil until a smooth sauce is obtained. Season the sauce with salt and cayenne pepper to taste, pour it over the salad and mix. Leave the salad to soak for about 15 minutes. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl and serve with fresh white bread. Advice: The skin of sweet peppers is difficult for the body to digest, so people with sensitive stomachs should avoid it. In such cases, the pods should be baked over a gas burner or on a hot electric stove until the skin is completely wrinkled, then wrap them in a damp towel for 5 minutes.
