Method of preparation:Boil 300 grams of any good quality sausages and cut them into small circles, and onions - into thin rings. Peel ripe tomatoes - pour boiling water over them first, then cold water. This way you can easily free the vegetable from the skin, then cut them into small cubes. Divide the olives into two halves with a knife, grate the hard cheese on a medium grater. Now it's time for the dough. Heat up some water and dissolve dry yeast in it, then add half of the portion of sifted wheat flour specified in the recipe - mix well. Leave the finished base to rise in a warm place for two to three hours. To make the dough soft and juicy, you can grease it with olive oil. Then add the remaining ingredients: chicken eggs, flour, table salt to taste and vegetable oil - knead thoroughly with your hands and cover with a thick towel, let stand for about 60 minutes. - 250 milliliters of warm plain water
- 2 small pinches of table salt
- 25 grams of yeast (recommended to use fresh)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil tablets
- 0.5 teaspoonful (without top) of a spoonful of sugar
- 350 grams of sifted wheat flour of the highest grade
Filling:
- 300 grams of good long-grain rice
- one large bell pepper sweet Bulgarian
- 200 grams of colored cabbage
- three ripe juicy tomatoes
- 100 grams of zucchini
- two small onions
- 20 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil tablets
- salt, at your discretion
- 100 grams of Parmesan cheese
Method of preparation:At the initial stage, make the dough. To do this, dissolve 25 grams of fresh yeast in a regular glass of warm water, add ½ teaspoon of sugar - let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then, in a separate bowl, mix sifted premium wheat flour and table salt, pour water with yeast into the resulting mixture, add one large spoon of olive oil - knead thoroughly with a whisk and leave in a warm place for half an hour. When the pizza base is ready, knead the dough again and divide it into three equal parts. You can freeze the two remaining portions in the refrigerator and use for subsequent cooking. Roll out the finished mass into a thin circle, grease a baking sheet with olive oil and put the dough on it. Method of preparation:At the initial stage, make the base. To do this, loosen 500 grams of sifted premium flour, add yeast, pre-beaten eggs, warmed pasteurized milk, vegetable oil - salt at your discretion, throw in a little sugar and gradually pour in the rest of the flour. Add it until the dough becomes moderately tight and elastic. Then knead the resulting mass well with your hands and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
