Contraceptive pills are ideal for women with a regular partner: the spontaneity of sexual relations is not disturbed, because the couple does not have to interrupt the process to pay attention to contraception. Oral contraceptives require self-discipline and daily intake at the same time of day. If a woman forgets to take a pill and more than 12 hours have passed, there is a risk of pregnancy. In case of vomiting, the absorption of the drug may be incomplete, which affects the contraceptive effect. In case of illness, you should warn your doctor about taking hormonal contraceptives so that he prescribes drugs compatible with contraceptive pills.
